Maurizio was very helpful through the whole booking and checkin process giving us specific guideance to arrive at the loft as well as help with places to eat and visit while there. Dikke muren, spannende nisjes, de natuurstenen trap en de werkelijk geweldige uitzichten laten je voelen als een kasteelheer in de middeleeuwen. Er zijn leuke overdekte en niet overdekte zitjes op verschillende plaatsen om het huis en in de tuin. Zo kan je heerlijk buiten ontbijten of lekker een boekje lezen. 'Visite de Florence et Sienne'

'Het huis is met veel zorg en aandacht ingericht en van alle gemakken voorzien. De omgeving is mooi en rustig. Je kunt mooie wandelingen maken, en er zijn allerlei bezienswaardigheden op redelijke afstand. De gastheer is heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam. We kregen geregeld heerlijke vijgen en peren uit zijn eigen tuin. Kortom: we hebben het hier heel fijn gehad.'

'Hotel vlak bij centrum Pienza (1 min lopen). Prima hotel op alle vlakken echter het zwembad was in het midden van veel bouwactiviteiten erom heen. Geen aankleding, geen parasols (bij 38 graden), compleet sfeerloos en gedomineerd door de bouwactiviteiten links en rechts ernaast.
