'It is great place to stay, neat and relaxing'

'Inconvenient parking with few spots that were tiny in width. Terribly slow poolside wait times for simple drinks during periods of no activity. Room not ready for checkin at checkin time. Shorter pool hours than comparable hotels at this price point. Overall a pretty lackluster experience for a hotel that calls itself the best in the city. It really falls short of that target and we are not likely to stay there again. Some of the good bits: The pool is nice and the kid wading area is great....
