Overall, we had a wonderful stay at Sunbreeze Hotel. The property is beautiful, well-located, and the staff was consistently kind, welcoming, and helpful throughout our visit. Everyone we interacted with was pleasant and truly made us feel valued as guests.
That said, there were a few significant issues that impacted our experience. Noise control after hours was a concern, as there was frequent loud activity near the rooms and doors at all hours of the night. Every night.
Additionally, the pool chair situation needs better management—chairs were being reserved early in the morning with towels left there for 6+ hours unused for much of the day, making it difficult for other guests to enjoy the pool area.
With some improvements in noise enforcement and pool chair/outdoor policies, this would be an exceptional place to stay. Despite these concerns, we appreciated the hospitality of the staff greatly and enjoyed our time at the hotel.
