« From the time we were picked up at the airport until the time they dropped us back off, everyone at the Alaia was top notch. Our room was amazing, the pools were really clean and not crowded, the food was good and service was really great. Honestly, I have nothing below great to say about any aspect of the resort. « The staff was super friendly and accommodating. They went above and beyond to make all our arrangements successful. We took day trips to town, went diving and snorkeling and took a ferry to Caye Caulker. The staff offers to book dives, arrange the taxi boat, will look up ferry schedules and have a golf cart delivered.
