Vind je ideale hotel in San Mateo

'Heel teleurgestellend. Niet omdat het slecht weer was (daar hadden we rekening mee gehouden) maar wat we niet dachten is dat een hotel faciliteit daar niet goed op in kan spelen. Het effect was dat we het erg koud en ongezellig hebben gehad. Zeker omdat er in de villa's geen internet verbinding is. Daarvoor moet je naar de centrale ruimte (die weer erg koud is). Dit alles wel voor ongeveer 200 euro per nacht.'

'Our first visit to Costa Rica. We were impressed by the hospitality and friendliness of the Costa Rican people. The hotel is clean, the rooms are spacious, and include a TV, air conditioning, a safe, bathroom amenities, bed linens, and a coffee machine. A shuttle service to and from the airport is available. The car, frankly, isn't very comfortable (especially if you have large luggage), but that's not the main issue. We had a decent breakfast: an omelet, fruit, juice, coffee, a slice of bacon,...

'Beautiful location, with beautiful swimmingpool with view over the Ocean, Ara's and whales. Friendly employees (95%), but for a 5star expected I more... For my Birthday I got a special dessert. Massage was nice with the sounds of the Ara's and ocean at the background. Spacy room and good beds. At sealevel an extra place to stay. I can recommend this hotel!'

'Oh my gosh, this place is absolutely breathtaking! Sitting under the covered patio during the afternoon showers was so relaxing. We saw over 40 species of birds on the property. The property is situated so you can see all the macaws flying over the water to roost each night. We absolutely loved this spot!'

'Eden Atenas is a wonderful place to stay. The included breakfast every morning is nothing short of incredible!!! The staff was so nice all the time and were always available to answer any questions we had about the area. Our hot water went out on day 2 but the host graciously moved us to a cabana with instant hot water. If you get the chance, upgrade to a cabana…100% worth it'
