The place was easy to get to and so close to the airport and Old San Juan. The area is safe and quiet. Will definitely book there again.

Really enjoyed my time here! It’s beautiful clean and the water was hott!! It’s easy to find. I came solo this trip and this was the perfect place to stay. Ubers come to this locations and is near food gas and beaches. Can’t wait to come back. Thank you for having me.

yay okay i love reading reviews so let me write my own!! I lovedddd this place me and my friend stayed and were both girls and we had zero fear staying in the area !! It is like about 15 ish to 30 mins away from all the touristy stuff but we really liked it that way. I do miss the sound of the chickens in the morning lol. but overall 10/10 the ac is AMAZING they have roku tv , the place was sparkling !! and check in was so easy and the communication was perfect overall super happy and when i go back to puerto rico trust i will be here !!

We had an amazing stay! The property was very clean, cozy, and welcoming from the moment we arrived. The neighborhood was peaceful, safe, and quiet, which made it easy to relax and enjoy our trip. One of my favorite parts was waking up to the sound of the roosters in the morning it felt like a natural alarm clock and hearing the beautiful coquí frogs at night was such a special experience. Everything we needed was conveniently close by, and getting around was easy with Uber. Isla Verde beach was no longer than a 5-7 minute drive. The home was well maintained, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a pleasant stay. The host was kind and accommodating, and we truly felt at home during our visit. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay, and I would happily stay here again in the future!

The property was as described. The space was clean and smelled good.. Although the couch was full of stains already which with proper communication was dealt with. To avoid the property charging me for that. The outside of the property needed maintenance; however that was done on the 4th day of my stay. I did have an issue with the bathroom not sure exactly what but I did come back to the room being flooded and I had to use the towels provided to attempt to dry it as there was no mop bucket but their was a mop. Also had to communicate that with the property so they don’t charge me for that or the towels being used to dry up the floor. Otherwise communication was good, the location was spectacular and the people around were amazing! The place itself was worth my money even with the small inconveniences. I’d book again if I’m back in the same area!

We had a wonderful stay overall and really enjoyed our vacation here! The unit was comfortable, cozy, and had everything we needed to enjoy our time away. There were just a few small things that kept it from being a perfect stay. When we arrived, the floor was still a bit sandy, so I gave it a quick sweep before we settled in. We also noticed a musty, moldy smell throughout the unit, similar to the smell of a damp towel that’s been left out too long. We ended up buying room spray to help freshen the space during our stay. The only other issue was the guests in the neighboring unit. They were quite loud when coming in late and again early in the morning, which woke my family and me several times. Despite these minor issues, we truly enjoyed our stay. The accommodations were comfortable, and we had a great vacation. With a little more attention to cleaning, addressing the odor, and encouraging guests to be mindful of quiet hours, this would easily be a five-star stay. We’d definitely consider coming back!
