The property was exactly as listed. The rooms were clean and spacious. Beautiful views, the building/common areas were very clean and quiet. The second bath is tiny, barely room to turn. Just something to consider if the second bathroom will need to be used.

The building is old but well maintained. The pool pictured was under construction and the host had made no arrangements for use of other pools in the area. If we wanted to use a pool we had to purchase a resort pass which start at about 100 per person per day. The condo was as pictured and the bedrooms, living room and kitchen were clean. The bathrooms were in need of renovation. You have to turn off the AC unit to sit on the deck as it was oppressively loud when it is on. Overall the condo worked out well my family. It is very close to the airport and we enjoyed watching the planes, but it was loud at times.

Wonderful

We loved our stay at the beachfront jewel at ESJ towers, Isla Verde. The unit was clean, exactly as described with all the basics we needed. We appreciated having the cooler and beach towels available. The location was convenient and easy and we loved that it was right on the beach.

Not what I expected.

It think I should have being inf. about the NO checking needed. The front desk and this is what we where told. The second bathroom is a job: the toilet is behind the door, the shower is so small and the water hits you in the face. We couldn't used this bathroom at all. The master bedroom shower had tub and the floor was slippery. The toilet did not flush properly. New new pots & pan.

It was fine

The condo worked for our needs, having a base in San Juan while we explored different areas nearby. The description of the condo is fairly accurate. When I read reviews I want information that can help me manage my expectations, these were the points that stood out for us:Pros - Good location for walking to restaurants.The beach is behind the building, very close.The balcony is usable and you can see the ocean, good for sunrise.Both bedrooms are a nice size.Communication with host was good.Elevators are in good working order and fast.Designated parking was great.We only cooked breakfast in the condo and had what we needed to do so.There are beach chairs and an umbrella available for use.It’s nice to have access to the workout room. What we didn’t care for:2nd bathroom is small, as stated in description. There aren’t any hooks or working outlets. I brought my own hook for the bath towel that we used when showering.The airport is very close by; the plane noise during the week wasn’t too bad but increased during the weekend.Gate to beach access closed at 7 pm, no after dinner walks.The pool wasn’t open.The air conditional on the balcony is loud and hot. We turned off the air when using the balcony.

Excellent location and great communication

The unit was easy to locate, and it was great to have a dedicated parking spot. The common areas were very spacious. We were four adults and had plenty of living room and dining room space. Our favorite part was the balcony in the evening. We would hang out there and enjoy the view. The bedrooms were good sized as well. On the listing description, it says that the second bathroom is small. It is extremely small, but it was adequate for the two adults who shared it. Were all the finishes fancy and perfect? No, but honestly, the location, the spaciousness, and the overall feel made those things not matter to us. Communication with the property manager was excellent, if I were to come back to Puerto Rico, I would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Beautiful condo/great location

My children and I were so pleased with our experience staying at the esj. The room exceeded our expectations—the rooms were big, everything was clean, beautifully decorated and was equipped with everything we needed. We will definitely book again in the near future.

Birthday vacation

This location is in a great spot near the airport and about 30 minutes to old San Juan. Located near the beach and several restaurant. Gated facility with own parking garage. Host was great super nice and always responsive and very flexible.

Kinda nice

For the most part it was ok. The bathrooms were bad!! Not clean and in pretty bad shape. The smaller bathroom didn't have space to even leave a toothbrush. Showers were scary. Building was fallling apart. It had a nice balcony but you couldn't sit out there because the air conditioner was so loud and chunks of the building were coming off onto the balcony. I wouold expect a nicer place for all the money we paid for it. I wouldnt saty here again. We left early

Family holiday

Property was just as described and photographed. I’d add that the kitchen is good t and well appointed. Full size fridge with ice cube maker! Parking spot is very conveniently located just inside ramp with elevator just around the corner. We rented a car and drove to old San Juan one day. Beach by ESJ is just steps out of the lobby. Solid security at the ESJ. Host is excellent! Love to stay there again.

Everything described and more

This place was in the middle of everything. The place was very safe and clean. It was well equipped with every thing you may need. The property was right on the beach. It had a great view. The owner was very accommodating and responsive. Everything was well thought out for the guests. The kitchen was well stocked, even with some seasonings. There was also beach chairs, a cooler and umbrella, as well beach towels for beach going. Everything was convenient with parking space included. I have no complaints about the property. I and my family truly enjoyed ourselves and felt very comfortable and at home.

Tranquility

Very clean and comfortable! We had a little incident but the host was very nice and responsable, we recommend it. Walking distance to the beach and restaurants. We had a great time!

In general we had a comfortable stay. My girl friend was disappointed since she was looking forward relaxing evenings at the poll and the ability to get drinks in the bar in the lobby. These two were part of the pictures and ameneties

Profile

The online description indicates that there is a pool and bar. We stayed for five days and the bar was never open and the pool was under construction and has been for some time. The room was clean and the mattresses were comfortable. The half bathroom was quite small even for a child. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The only real downside was no pool and no bar.

April 24 Isla Verde

It was a four day stay with family and fiends and we had a great time exploring, enjoying Carolina and Isla Verde’s day/ night life. We enjoyed the apartment because it was clean, cool, and comfortable. The parking spot was a perfect perk. The staff and security were helpful and easily accessible. The host was reachable and gracious and helpful. Would love to stay there again!
