Alegranza - Ocean View Condo in a Private Comunity!

This well-appointed 2-bedroom residence has unobstructed views overlooking the Sea of Cortez and is the perfect romantic getaway or family vacation. This Condo is situated within walking distance of the beach and downtown San Jose del Cabo which is full of nightlife, restaurants, shops, and a 9-hole golf course. The common area amenities include pools, Spa, a fitness center, an activity area, a restaurant, and more. The community of Alegranza has 24-hour gated security and space for a car.

Alegranza is located in San Jose del Cabo in a strategy place close to Restaurants, Bars, Groceries Shopping , Hospitals and Beach.

When you get to the security gate, give your name to the Security guard, he will give you directions to the Condo, walk towards the Tennis court to the left, if you have a Car there is a parking box reserved with the Number E 202 on the floor.
Door has a smartlock. The unique lock code will be sent to you on your arrival day.
To activate the smart lock touch the black panel with all your hand, two numbers will be shown, touch those two numbers and all the panel will light up, now enter your 4 digit code.

Fantastic property. Alonso, our on-site host, couldn’t do enough to make sure our stay in this extremely well-appointed condo was absolutely flawless. The property is beautiful and perfectly situated. We highly recommend it.

Amazing view!!!

Great place to stay in Cabo walk to beach or town, it’s right in the middle:-) there are some fairly steeps hills so wear comfy shoes. And just FYI, the restaurants at Alegranza are permanently closed so have a plan for your arrival

Beautiful art filled condo

We really enjoyed our stay. The location is up on top of a hill probably a quarter mile from the beach and a half mile from the center of town. Very walkable as long as you are ok with hills. The artwork in the condo is beautiful. Very colorful and fun. We enjoyed mornings on the deck overlooking the pool and views out to the ocean. There were some initial issues with the hot water heater when we arrived. There was good communication from the property manager about that and the repairs were completed within 24 hours. Still it was disappointing to not have hot water to shower on the day we arrived, but these things happen. Not a huge problem and we appreciated the quick work of the repair crew. Otherwise everything was in great shape!

Stunning

This condo was absolutely wonderful. Very nicely decorated. Beds were very comfortable with crisp white linens. The view from the balcony was such a treat to wake up every morning. Our property manager Alonso was extremely helpful and so friendly. We enjoyed the pools and the gardens surrounding them, which were meticulously cared for by the grounds staff. We really had a lovely time.

Great vacation

Unit E202 is on the second floor of the building, facing the sea the same as all the other units. This gave us the best of both worlds: palm trees and garden view with the Sea of Cortez in the background (including lots of wales blowing and breaching) This location is perfect for walking, sightseeing and yes, trinket shopping. Restaurants are relatively close but we were happy to have rented a car at the airport. Morning sun, afternoon shade, our balcony quickly became our favorite place. See you next year San Jose.

Great place!

This is the place to stay! The cold beers, chips and guacamole upon arrival was a fantastic bonus! It’s clean, spacious and the perfect location! This was our first time in San Jose and we loved it! We’re bird nerds so the location close to the estuary was perfect. We’ll definitely be back to stay here again, hopefully longer next time. Thanks for sharing your place with us!

This is home for us

It’s so exciting to arrive and so dang hard to leave! This unit was beautiful! You definitely feel the love in this place with all the little hearts everywhere 😍😍 It’s well equipped and on arrival We were provided with chips, fresh pico de Gallo and fresh guac along with cold corona in the fridge’ very sweet gesture! They had lounge music playing which felt like we truly were stepping into a resort environment! I would highly recommend this space! A few suggestion of things they could have in suite A broom Small storage containers for left overs or going to the beach A cooler bag More Dish cloths Pool floats 😃 Can’t wait to come back!! 🥰 Thanks Miguel for everything!!
