'The property was in a great neighborhood but the traffic outside our door was at times deafening making it hard to sleep. The room smelled of stale smoke. We could not access the internet in our first few days and had no hot water until we learned there was a switch that turned on the heater. Our property manager did his best but we think it would have been most helpful to have a page of instructions available to guide us and troubleshoot any problems. 'Located in a beautiful Tuscan country side with wonderful views from the front of the house to the hills. We staed in the lower appartment in July which is very spacious, clean and has a lovely interior, good beds and two bathrooms. All windows have screens against musquitos. "Het verblijf bij dit hotel was geweldig! Vanuit de trein is het nog maar 5 minuutjes lopen naar het hotel. We werden vriendelijk verwelkomd bij de receptie waar ons ook nog eens de hele stad werd laten zien op de kaart. Grotendeels van de stad is op loopafstand wat erg fijn is. Je voelt je erg welkom in het hotel en alles is erg netjes en heel schoon. Wij zaten op de bovenste verdieping van het hotel, we hadden zicht op een aantal bergen en daken van omliggende gebouwen. Bij het uitchecken konden we de spullen nog even achterlaten zodat wij nog even de stad in konden. Al met al is alles bij dit hotel super geregeld!! "
