House Rules:
-No smoking
-No parties

Check-in information: 4 PM
Street parking- first come first serve.

Check-out information:
-Check-out time: 11 AM
-Leave the keys back on the table
-Leave all towels in the laundry basket
-Turn off all the utilities.

Please Note:
- Only 1 pet is allowed: $150 for the entire stay
- ⁠Car seat for baby: $25. The crib is complimentary.

Please Note: The ground floor is “street level”. When you go to the 2nd floor, you have to walk for about 10 steps.

If you need a Rental car during your stay, I have a 4-door 4-seater Prius and a 2-door Fiat available on Turo. I can help you arrange for SFO pick up, for an additional fee.
