Bedroom 3 and 4 are jack and jill style: jack has a queen bed,Jill has a full size bed with trundle. Both rooms have TVs. Bathroom is spa-like retreat with rain shower and custom tile work.

• walk to a nearby spa hotel and enjoy sitting on the white sandy shores of the bay, their pool/spa/hotub for a fee. This hotel also is a stopping point for a large quaint public boat that has a dancing bar and it tours the bay.
• rent sailing boats, ski boats, SUP boards, surf boards, etc.
• lessons for aquatic sports or weekly (full or half) day camps for the kids.
