Welcome to Tabi’s Terrific Oceanfront Condo, a stunning 10th-floor residence at Capri by the Sea, the only oceanfront high-rise in Pacific Beach. With sweeping panoramic views from South Mission Beach to the La Jolla peninsula, this beautifully remodeled home offers a true front-row seat to the Pacific.
Floor-to-ceiling windows span the living areas, maximizing ocean views from nearly every angle. Remodeled in 2019, the condo features a bright, modern kitchen with quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, and a dining table for six—perfectly positioned to enjoy meals with a view. New Pergo-style flooring, large ceiling fans, blackout blinds in the bedrooms, and refreshing ocean breezes keep the space comfortable year-round.
The living room includes a 65” TV with Roku, while each bedroom features a 55” TV, Roku, and DVD player. Sleeping accommodations include a California king in the primary bedroom, two queen beds in the second bedroom, and a double daybed in the sunroom, ideal for reading or relaxing while soaking in the views. This condo comfortably accommodates families or groups traveling together.

• Quiet, residential building with enforced noise hours after 10 PM

Guests have access to rooftop deck with multiple gas BBQs, seating and lounge chairs. There is a communal pool and hot tub located next door that can be accessed by the key fob.

Pacific Beach
• Booking Process: After booking, you must complete our electronic rental agreement and an identity verification to access your guest portal. Check-in details, including a custom door code and property information, are available in the portal after all requirements are completed.
• Seasonal Policies: We have minimum stay requirements that vary by season.
Summer (Memorial Day–Labor Day): 5 night minimum, no arrivals on July 4th (Independence Day)
Holidays: 5-night minimum. A single reservation cannot span both Christmas and New Year's unless it is 14+ nights. No arrivals/departures on Independence Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas, or New Year's Day.
• Check-In/Out: Check-in is 3 p.m. (4 p.m. in summer). Check-out is 11 a.m.
• Group Travel: We manage multiple units in this building. Please inquire if you need more space for a larger family or group.
• Property Note: This is a privately owned vacation home. Furnishings and decor may occasionally be updated and differ slightly from the photos.
• Pet Policy: Pets are NOT permitted.
• Rate Policy: Rates fluctuate daily. Pricing at the time of booking is the confirmed rate.
• Age Policy: We typically do not rent to guests under 25 or to large groups. Please contact us prior to booking if your group requires an exception.
• Climate Control: The condo does not have central A/C. It is equipped with electric wall heaters for cooler evenings and enjoys a wonderful ocean breeze.
