The living room opens with a large California-style sliding pocket door onto a spacious deck with seating and ocean views merging the best of outdoor/indoor living. The living room has a couch that converts to a bed.

The third level has two bedrooms and shared full bath with bathtub. The back bedroom has two full beds, ocean view and closet.
