This Two Bedroom, One Bath, OCEANFRONT Property includes PANORAMIC OCEAN VIEWS, A Fully-Equipped Kitchen, Microwave Oven, Dishwasher, Seating For Six, Two Color TV's With Cable, Complimentary High Speed Wired AND Wireless Internet Access, Coin-Operated Laundry Facilities, 24 Hour Onsite Security and Caretaker, Outdoor Heated Pool, Covered Designated Parking for One regular sized Vehicle (parking is available for large vehicles and campers or for an additional vehicle for a $25.00 fee), Spa, Sauna, Barbecues, Elevators and a Rooftop Lanai. There is a Queen-Size Bed in the first bedroom, a Queen bed in the second Bedroom and a Sofa Sleeper in the Living Room. Please be our guests...

Note: Only Mature Adults, their families and guests will be comfortable at the Capri. We do not rent to vacationing students or singles under the age of 25 unless accompanied by a legal guardian or parent. The Condominium Association has strict rules and prohibits loud parties, hanging items on front railings, throwing items from balconies/railings, feeding birds, etc. Shirts and shoes are required at all times in the main lobby (there is a separate beach/pool entrance). Beautiful view but…

Overall comfortable. Problems with lighting. Bedroom with sink had bad lighting. Owner offered to fix but declined until we left. Sinks drain very slow in both bath sinks. The rooftop was amazing but not as pictured. Couldn’t get to lower level patio area and pool is a block away. Elevators really slow and annoying. Many threatened fines and you can’t use stairs. Sofa bed very uncomfortable and furniture had multiple tears and rips.

Beautiful view and comfortable condo

The location and view was amazing! The condo itself was nice and fully furnished (except there isn't a laundry basket). We really enjoyed the pool and hot tub. We were however really disappointed that their wasn't a working Sauna, especially since the description states there was one. The worst part of the stay however were the elevators. There was only one working elevator most of the stay and the wait for the elevator was long. The elevator situation is the only thing that would make us think twice about staying there again.

On the "Beach"

Another great week in San Diego, stayed on Pacific Beach at the Capri by the Sea condo, third time staying with owner of condo. Super nice people, had one issue with the tv remote, they were there within the hour to fix the problem. Great location.

Rental cancelled with 24 hrs notice.

Host was apologetic and provided a refund, but left us scrambling to find alternative accommodations. It’s actuality hilarious that I get a “how was your stay” email after it was cancelled last minute. Do better. There needs to be some sort of guarantee that doesn’t impact the renter with no impact to your company or the host.

Gorgeous Ocean View

This condo had an amazing ocean view that would be hard to match. We loved the location and being able to walk down to the beach within minutes. We even saw some dolphins swimming along behind surfers. We really appreciated the security that the building offered by requiring a key card to enter the property. We would definitely stay here again!

Great location with amazing views!

Very comfortable place to stay. It was wonderful to wake up to the ocean sounds and sights every morning. Easy walk to restaurants. The boardwalk was great for walks. You must try Copper Top donuts and Hansel’s ice cream!

Beautiful Ocean view

This was a great property to stay at. Exactly as described. Check in and out was easy. No issues with parking and the building had great security. It was right on the beach with the most beautiful beach view. Our family could look out into the Ocean and watch the waves. One day we could even see dolphins playing in the water. They had everything we needed to play on the beach. This was a great vacation and we would love to come back again!
