    Wij nodigen u uit om te verblijven in onze prachtige accommodatie aan het water met een spectaculair uitzicht op de baai. Begane grond appartement, dat is ongeveer 1380SF. TWEE PARKEERPLAATSEN Er zijn 2 slaapkamers, 2. 5 baden en is geschikt voor maximaal 6 personen. De master bedroom heeft een kingsize bed en mooie meester bad, de tweede slaapkamer heeft twee aparte bedden en een eigen prive-bad. Geleverd zijn donzige handdoeken, zachte lakens, comfortabele kussens, haardroger en handzepen. Er is een open haard, een spabad in het hoofdbad, een wasmachine / droger, wifi en een flatscreen-tv. Er is ook een grote sectionele / slaapbank in de woonkamer om te ontspannen en slapen voor twee. De keuken is volledig gevulde voor al uw entertainment behoeften. Er is een grote, eigen grastuin en een terras met ingebouwde barbe, een terrastafel, stoelen met parasol en een chaise longue. Als je wilt kun je een "familie vuurplaats" hebben die we graag voor je klaar zetten op het strand. Ook op het strand is onze 'toybox' met veel spelletjes op het strand, hoefijzers, ladder golf, Pittenzakgooien, kubb, jeu de boules bal, smash bal, strandstoelen, en nog veel meer. We hebben een geweldig verlicht dartbord op het terras en een volleybalveld op het strand. Als je van de golven van de oceaan is het slechts een korte wandeling over de straat op en neer een rechtbank loopbrug.
    Direct naast ons pand ligt het prachtige Catamaran Hotel and Spa om te dineren en luxe massages en gezichtsbehandelingen. U zult gebruik maken van het zwembad, het bubbelbad en de speelhal.
    We zijn blij om onze gasten gratis wordt op de Bahia Belle achtersteven wheeler voor 's avonds baai cruises in het weekend in de winter en de meeste nachten te geven tijdens de zomer. Ook in het hotel bent u in staat te huur watersporten op Aktie Sport Rentals.
    In de buurt en op loopafstand zijn er tal van restaurants en clubs voor uw vermaak en veel winkels in de Promenade en op de promenade.
    Veel van onze gasten hebben verbleven bij ons voor meerdere jaren. Wij verheugen ons op uw familie en alles wat we kunnen doen om u te voorzien van een fantastische vakantie.
    Het is tijd om te ontspannen en te genieten van die perfecte glas wijn in deze een van een soort vakantie thuis. Wij zijn blij met uw reservering. Tweede verdieping is mogelijk ook beschikbaar. . Zomermaanden alle reserveringen zijn wekelijks, zaterdag tot zaterdag alleen.

A piece of paradise

We really can't imagine staying anywhere else, not only does this place hold special memories for our family but the owner Bob has become like a family member to our kids. Wonderful home and even better hosts.

Our group of women had the best time staying at this superbly located condo! Our host was nearby if we needed him..but we actually had everything we needed…beach chairs, towels, games, etc. We enjoyed sitting by the peaceful bay, walking over to the ocean, and hanging out by the pool! So. Much. Fun. Very nice place, Bob :)

Perfect location - perfect experience!

Miriam and Bob could not have been more friendly and welcoming. The location is the best spot on Mission Bay. The condo was comfortable for all of us, and my kids loved all the outdoor games and toys. We can’t wait to go back next year!

Awesome beach location. Bob the owner was fantastic. The calm bay was relaxing, with boogie boarding ocean side a block away. We will definitely come back.

Perfect setup in a beautiful area

My wife, our small child, and I had a blast during our stay! We had everything we needed for the week and the hosts were very kind and accommodating. The views are beautiful and the neighborhood is very pleasant to walk or bike around. We hope to return!

Perfect In every way!

The apartment was spacious and clean, the hosts were responsive, respectful and welcoming, the location was stellar - on the bay and two blocks from the ocean. We loved the bayside walkway right in front of the unit.

Great family vacation stay!

We hosted our son and his family for a great summer vacation week. The location is perfect. Having the bay outside your door plus the beach just a couple of blocks away was perfect for our mixed age family group.. The location to the Catamaran Resort was an added benefit with pool and Spa privileges. Great kitchen. General review.

Relaxing & Enjoyable!

We loved staying at this beach front property on the bay! The location was perfect! It was a close walk to great restaurants and breweries! We rented bikes and had a pleasant ride along the bay and the beach! We had access to the resort pool, spa & their arcade! Bob was wonderful and very attentive! He gave us great recommendations and answered all our questions. Can't wait to go back again!

Amazing Location and Amenities

We loved our stay at Bob and Miriam’s condo on Mission Bay. The location can’t be beat and offers excellent amenities including a clean, safe beach for the kids to play, great restaurant, pool and arcade next door and central location to all major San Diego attractions. The condo itself is very spacious and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay with our four young children. Bob and Miriam went out of their way to make our kids feel special (providing lots of toys/beach gear, setting up a beach fire, etc) and we can’t wait to return again in the future!

The condo was a perfect location for our family. It was very clean and the living room couch was very comfortable. We liked the quite of the bay and the option that we could walk to the ocean and watch the sunset. The ocean side is very busy and is very noisy. The parking is tight but it worked. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed, but I would have a few more containers with lids. We cooked several breakfast and dinners at the condo and the stove and oven worked well. Our only issues were that he did not have Wifi which he said he was having fixed, the shower in the second bathroom did not get hot, and the mattress in the master bedroom was very uncomfortable on the left side of the bed.

Perfect Family Spot

We had the best time at this property! The location is unmatched with the proximity to the bay, ocean, Mission Beach, and Pacific Beach. We only drove once all week, and that was to the zoo, which is a short / easy drive away. The house is the perfect size, and the bedrooms are larger than they look in person. Having the 3 bathrooms is great too for a group. Bob (the host) was such a pleasure to visit with. We really felt at home. Thank you!!

Lovely setup and location… perfect

Situated steps from the sand on Mission Bay but still set back enough for a little privacy and a landscaped bayside patio area separated by a low manicured hedge, it was the perfect place to feel part of the beach scene joggers, beach volleyball and water sports. With all this nearby activity it was surprisingly quiet and peaceful allowing us to sleep well and work remotely. Our spacious first floor condo was perfect for us with its light and bright open floor plan and 2 bedrooms each with its own full bath, and a more central half bath that came in handy when we had a couple visitors. The place is clean and well stocked. We were so lucky to find this place and hope it will be available the next time we’re in the area.

Perfect Place for a Family Reunion

Right on Mission Bay, with grass and then lots of sand for children to play in, plus equipment and toys supplied by hosts. So easy! And right next to the fish, ducks, and macaws at the Catamaran Resort, with an excellent restaurant and pool in warm weather. Sunsets and surf are just one short block away,,,as are many breakfast places. This was our 4th visit to the property; we've stayed in both the 1st and 2nd floor units; each has its advantages, depending on ages of young children. And the hosts go our of their way to make one feel welcome and comfortable! We look forward to returning on our next visit to family in San Diego.

Perfect for families

We rented both this unit and the 2nd floor unit for our multi generational stay. We put the early rising kids in this one so that parents could easily take them outside on the lawn or for walks around the bay in the early hours. We did most of our living downstairs for basically the same reasons. The units were comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked. We cooked on the charcoal grill outside when we did cook and the backyard got just the perfect amount of shade round about cocktail hour. The location is Persians the use of the Catamaran pool next door was perfect. We also could hear the music from the hotel functions when we were outside and it added a nice ambiance. We wouldn’t hesitate to rent this condo in the future.

Nice bayside people watching

Rented this first level condo to take my elderly parents to the beach. Because my Dad has very limited mobility, I knew he would enjoy sitting on the patio looking at the water and the people walking, running and biking by... we all enjoyed sitting outside. The beds were comfortable, kitchen well equipped (appliances were old but functional), and the parking was very convenient. We took advantage of the pool privileges next door...thank you for providing that. The only thing that was an issue for us, was that there is no AC in the unit. The windows and doors had to be kept open night & day along with floor fans to help cool down the inside...glad we stayed after Labor Day. Our thanks to the Hosts for a memorable stay.

Our family, including our 2-year-old, had a wonderful stay here. The location was perfect with direct access to the bay and sand, and the property came fully stocked with everything we needed—beach chairs, canopy, toys, boogie boards, and lawn games. When we first arrived, the home had been opened up to air out since there’s no air conditioning. On check-in day the humidity was high (88%) and definitely noticeable, but after that it tapered off and we were comfortable inside with the fans.One thing we noticed during our stay is that people from the alley would sometimes come up to the property’s gate and use it to access the bay, despite the private property sign. Since we have a young child, it did feel uncomfortable at times having strangers walk through. It might be helpful to add a deterrent or lock mechanism that only guests can access, as the public walkway to the bay is conveniently located just one house over.We also enjoyed relaxing on the patio and found it to be a great spot for hosting family and friends. Overall, this is truly a one-stop vacation spot that made our stay special.

I cannot say enough good things about our stay. This location was perfect. The host was lovely and introduced himself and showed us around which was an incredible touch. I felt like we were staying with family! The ability for the kids to walk out the front door and on to sand to play was amazing. The area was so quiet and safe, with tons of places to eat either a short walk or short drive away. The Pacific Ocean was less than two block walk but we preferred the quieter bay. Very easy access to all the tourist attractions like the zoo. The place itself was perfect for us (family of four with two kids). I loved having the space you wouldn’t get with a hotel, and the fully equipped kitchen and washer/dryer. My only negative on the list was that i didn’t book a longer stay!

Amazing stay!

Perfect quiet location right on the beach and walking path. Two blocks to the ocean. We stayed here with our kids - 9 and 7 and loved it. Walk to everything. The place was stocked with everything we needed for the beach including chairs and boogie boards! We can’t wait to come back!
