SUMMARY
This stunning oceanfront penthouse is perched at the southernmost tip of South Mission Beach—away from the busy boardwalk crowds yet just a short walk to Belmont Park, local shops, and restaurants. Step outside to enjoy beach volleyball and basketball courts, with the sand stretching right up to the front of the building. The ocean is only a few minutes away on foot, while the bay is even closer—less than a two-minute walk. Parks, playgrounds, and the boardwalk are all nearby, and SeaWorld is just a five-minute drive away. *NOTE - this home does NOT come with A/C, but fans are provided.
Enjoy sweeping views of the ocean, jetty, boat channel, and Dog Beach. This spacious retreat includes 3 bedrooms, a den that can be closed off for a 4th sleeping area, 2.5 bathrooms, and 2 private ocean-view patios. Comfortably sleeps up to 12 guests (maximum of 10 adults). Dogs are welcome!
INTERIOR HIGHLIGHTS
As soon as you enter the penthouse, you're greeted with expansive floor-to-ceiling windows offering breathtaking ocean views. The open-concept living area features a large flat-screen Smart TV with cable, a cozy gas fireplace, and sliding patio doors that lead out to your private oceanfront patio—perfect for soaking in sunset views.
The adjacent dining area offers two dining tables with combined seating for up to 12 guests, and the fully stocked kitchen makes cooking a breeze. Off the living room, the den includes a full-size pull-out sofa with a memory foam mattress. For privacy, retractable walls allow it to function as a screened sleeping area. There's also a queen-size plush air mattress available for additional sleeping space.
BEDROOMS & BATHROOMS
All three bedrooms are equipped with TVs and their own electric fireplaces for added comfort.
The primary bedroom features a king-size bed, a private balcony, and an ensuite bathroom with a double shower and jacuzzi tub. The second bedroom also has a king-size bed, and the third bedroom includes two double beds—great for kids or additional guests.
Off the hallway, you'll find a full bathroom with a jetted tub and shower combo, as well as a convenient half bath. In-unit laundry is also available for guest use.

PROPERTY LAYOUT
This unit is one of the two penthouses on the top floor of a 7 unit complex. Guests have the option to rent each of the penthouse units together, spanning the entire top floor for a combined 8br + 5.5ba offering that sleeps 24 (18 adults max) as follows:

POLICIES & GOOD NEIGHBOR GUIDELINES
• Guest Requirements | Per certain regulations & HOA requirements, guests must be at least 30 years of age to book with us. If your group is all adults, then all guests must meet our minimum age of 30 (exceptions made for multigenerational families).
• Occupancy | Maximum occupancy refers to the number of people allowed in the home at any given time (i.e. includes both overnight guests & non-overnight visitors), some of which may be mandated by certain regulations. Exceptions towards the maximum number of people allowed may be made for children under the age of 2. Guest(s) agrees that more than the number of people stated on the reservation shall not occupy the premises. The number of guests includes visitors, even if they are not staying overnight.
• Noise | Our homes are intended for relaxing getaways, not rowdy beach parties. Music and other noise is to be kept at an appropriate level and in a manner that is mindful to neighbors. Noise that can be heard 50 feet away from the home is prohibited. Parties are not allowed. If there is excessive noise or music, any illegal activity, or evidence of violation of these policies, you may be asked to vacate the premise without any refund and additional charges may be assessed.
• Combination Listings | Due to occupancy restrictions, larger groups looking to book multiple units must reserve an approved combination listing. No more than 1 combination listing can be reserved per stay.
