Enjoy your morning coffee from your private table on our patio overlooking the iconic Pacific Ocean. Take full advantage of the grills provided and create beautiful meals to dine al fresco under the stars. Soak up every minute of that quintessential California indoor/outdoor living.

You're also steps away from the best spots in town: bars, restaurants, and cozy coffee shops. And if you're looking for a little adventure, Mission Bay is practically at your doorstep. Need groceries or want to rent some beach gear like bikes, paddleboards, or boats? No worries, it's all within walking distance.

Our beachfront suite is serene and relaxing. This downstairs unit was recently remodeled with an open-concept living, kitchen, and dining area with ocean views that open onto the patio overlooking the iconic boardwalk. We feature queen-sized Casper beds to ensure the most relaxing night's sleep possible.

Your dedicated parking spot is all set and ready for your arrival, ensuring a hassle-free experience. We also have on-site coin-operated laundry facilities at your service.

We're absolutely kid-friendly, but we don't have special kid gear like safety gates or cribs. You can easily rent them from companies like Baby Quip who will come drop them off and set up the items for you. And to keep things safe and sound, there's a security camera looking out over the patio area outside.

Second stay here and we will for sure be back!!! This is the perfect location for a family outing. We had a toddler and a baby and stayed in the bottom unit. The gated patio was perfect for being able to relax while our toddler played. The beds are comfy, everything was clean, the kitchen had everything needed to cook your own meals. Close to a grey coffee shop, restaurants and shopping. Great parking. Can’t say enough positive things. Also located in the surfing area of mission beach so it was nice to watch the surfers (and dolphins) every morning while drinking coffee. We did a beach bonfire rental one night and it was awesome.

Great location and great place

The place is shared with others but it rarely feels like it. The rooms are clean and there’s everything there you need to have a good stay. Any issues with the property management gets back very fast and the problem wasn’t instantly fixed. The only thing that is a minor annoyance is the one parking spot but if you plan for it it shouldn’t be an issue. I would definitely stay again.

Great Location!!!

We really could not have asked for a better location. Dining, night life, beaches, people watching… we could do it all without walking more than 5 minutes in any direction. My one annoyance with the location is that the water directly in front of the house is a surfing zone so you have to walk like .1 miles in either direction if you want to boogie board or swim. Minor annoyance, but I expected not to have to lug all our junk down the beach. The place was very clean with plenty of towels and comfortable beds. I have two actual complaints, though. One: there were only three hangers in the unit and not one dresser, so we lived out of our suitcases the whole time. Second, there are bright neon lights in the parking area behind the unit that shine directly into the bedrooms. Even with the blinds closed upwards, it was bright enough to read a book in there. Some blackout curtains are desperately called for. Other than that we had a great time and would definitely stay here again.

The family had a great stay. Easy beach access.Only problem was we could not stay longer. If you use the laundry bring a roll of quarters it's $2 to wash and $1.75 to dry. Walkable to every where even the grocery store. We are looking forward to our return in September.

This place was perfect for the six of us! Clean, good parking, loved the decor, great spacious front porch, tables, rockers, umbrellas. The location is so perfect. Steps from the beach, shopping, and restaurants. Amazing view of the beautiful ocean! Right on the boardwalk - great for people watching! Will definitely rent again!

Great to be back

Love this place. Love the location. Easy to get to. Love listening to the crashing of waves. Woody's is just down the way. Best burritos ever. Only thing was the patio was very dirty and looked as though no one had washed it in awhile. Sand bags made it a little dangerous walking around on the patio. Other than that, wonderful place. Love the remodel and upgrades. Hopefully I will be back next year. a little

Great property, poor weather

I stayed for five nights last month, and while the weather has been rough for California recently, the property was wonderful. Very clean, lots of space, great kitchen/bathroom/bedroom amenities, great water pressure. And the location could not be beat; could hear the waves, close to the pier, close to Ralph's for shopping, and it was great as a base for walking around Mission Beach and traveling to La Jolla and elsewhere in San Diego. On the one real beautiful day I had, I spent a few hours sitting on the patio watching people walk by on the boardwalk and could not be happier. Will look to visit again with hopefully better weather!

BOARDWALK STAY--AWESOME

The property is awesome! Right on the boardwalk with only foot traffic. The beach is right there...steps away! Great place to people watch!! Close to restaurants and one step away from the beach. Watched the many surfers go out as the waves in front of the place were awesome! Saw dolphins and a whale blowing water from his blowhole. There are several restaurants and a grocery store within walking distance. The food we had was great. We never took a uber anywhere. You don't need a car, which was a huge plus, unless you want to venture out, but why when everything is right there!!! Last but not least, were the sunsets every evening....fantastic I must add! It was a quaint little place but served the purpose. We will return. Thank you to the owner for letting us stay there for our birthday celebration and Super Bowl!

It was fine, nothing spectacular

The condo was clean, except floors. Dirt was visible on my socks and slippers. It even had a stay manual that said the dirt on the feet was from the beach. But the manual itself was sticky and had residue on it. Neighboring unit had a firepit and they stayed up late. Then, I received a text from the property manager that I was not allowed to have it. The texts to check in were confusing and when I said I did not understand, the replies were terse.

Loved it

Loved the view of the beach and easy walking distance to many places. Clean and comfortable. Wi-Fi did not work thus the TV didn't work either. We didn't realize right away and would have been fine w/o it. We texted Elise as simply an FYI over the weekend. We didn't expect a solution yet she remedied it anyway. Great service. Only real issue was people congregating outside our bedroom windows and making noise very late (2am) Saturday night and some on Friday night. The unit is right at the beach and the end of the side street making it an easy place for people to gather. Being the middle of the night we ladies were not comfortable going out and asking them to move on. Turning on fans and putting in ear plugs helped. They were not playing loud music. Just general noise right outside the unit.

Just as Described, would stay again

My family and I enjoyed being steps to the beach and would stay here again. PROS -This listing was just as described -Extra sink in hallway for others to use if the bathroom is occupied -beach chairs, and sand toys available to borrow -mattresses were comfy -kitchen was stocked with necessities -loved the meyers hand and dish soap ROOM FOR IMPROVEMENT -it would have been helpful to have a full size high chair or even a collapsible travel high chair available for use -would be nice to have body soap provided in shower -night stand was very compact. Other reviews state that their feet got dirty from the floor. Ours did too, but it’s expected being by the beach and dragging sand in which we were understanding about. We did have an issue with the sink backing up during our stay on one of the days. Management was very quick to respond and was able to get someone to resolve the issue on a Sunday morning. Another mishap we encountered was that our key stopped working one of the days. Again, management was quick and friendly when responding. Maintenance was able to come out quickly to fix it. Overall, such a great stay. My family and I would love to return here again.

Family vacation

We had the most relaxing time right on the beach. Everything you need is within walking distance including groceries, pharmacy , and plenty of great coffee shops! I would love to come back here . We were a party of 6 and had plenty of room , towels , and linens. I highly recommend!
