This newly constructed, three-story North Mission Beach home blends modern luxury, thoughtful design, and unbeatable location—just steps from both the bay and the ocean.     Ideal for multi-generational families or groups, the layout offers privacy and flexibility. The first floor features a full guest suite with a queen bedroom, full bath, a second living room, and a kitchenette—great for in-laws, teens, or early risers. The second floor hosts the main living space, complete with an open-concept kitchen, spacious dining area, and a cozy family room bathed in natural light. On the top floor, a bunk room with trundle and a private king suite complete the accommodations.

The pictures do not give it justice, we’ve stayed at more than 5 separate homes around the mission beach area and this is by far the best view we’ve ever had, for not being right on the water , you get an amazing view of the of bay and a peek a boo view of the ocean. The house was great and having a bathroom on each level was perfect. We would definitely stay at this property again.

Very clean & as advertised. Was well stocked with kitchen items, linens, & beach gear. Short walk to both beach & bay. Nice outdoor shower to clean off before going inside. Plenty of good restaurants within a short walk. Responsive hosts & smooth process. We loved that they texted us immediately when home was ready & we were able to check in around noon with no extra charge. Made our stay much easier. Thank you!

This place is exactly how it’s displayed in the pictures. The location is perfect. We walked straight out to the beach without dealing with the crowds at PB or MB. Both areas were just far enough away to have some space and close enough for a short walk for dinner or drinks. WE HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

I cannot speak highly enough of this rental. The host was extremely helpful and even let us arrive early the day of check in. When we arrived the place was spotless. Everything worked perfectly including the fire pit upstairs. We loved the patio area if I were to come back, I would stay here without a doubt the host checked in every single day and make sure everything was perfect for us which I also thought was a nice touch. Love this place!

This unit was absolutely perfect for a family vacation of grandma and grandpa, one son and daughter (in-law) plus 13-year-old twin grandkids. The house had 3 boogie boards for the 3 kids (son with his twins), two umbrellas for the lazy remaining adults and an insulated bag for the waters. We literally were minutes to the beach with lifeguards and I was in heaven with the very reasonably priced restaurants with easy takeout options. Groceries were quickly delivered by a local Von's and the kitchen was beautifully stocked. Son even grilled one night on the desktop by the fire pit. The walk to the boardwalk with amusement park was easy enough, and we soon discovered the OTHER walk around the lagoon steps from the back of the house with nearby paddle board rentals where we could burn off the vacation calories. If we felt lazy we had board games and magazines in the family room with a large wall-mounted TV. An absolute must for us also was off-street parking and we managed to squeeze in my 4-door BMW sedan and the kids' larger Tesla Y into the 3-spot carport. WE WILL BE BACK!

Girls’ getaway

The house was a perfect location between the beach and the bay. Everyone had their own private area and then we could all come together to eat and hang out on the beautiful roof top deck. I will definitely be staying here again!

Perfect Rental Home

We are repeat visitors to San Diego, and this home is by far our favorite rental in 20 years. Location, layout of home, roof top deck, and upgraded furnishings. Loved every minute of our stay!

My family fully enjoyed our stay at this property. It's very nice and modern. The amenities are great especially the rooftop patio area and fireplace. Perfect location with local restaurants right around the corner. The beach was fantastic with soft white sand for kids to play on and perfect low-tide conditions for them to safely play in the water.

Great Mission Beach/Bay Stay

Location is excellent, 30 seconds to beach or bay. Beach equipment provided, chairs/umbrella and 2 inflatable SUPs. Parking is tight, but manageable, just wouldn't bring a large SUV/truck. Check in/out was easy. Would stay again!

Great house with parking!

Wonderful place to spend some beach time. The 1st floor was perfect for the older adults who had some trouble getting upstairs. The layout of the house was perfect - 3 floors each with their own beds and bathrooms. The house was equidistant from the beach and bay and close by equipment rental locations. House had its own parking, a big plus.

Beautiful newly renovated home, perfect location!

This home was perfect for our 2 families to stay. We were 4 adults and 3 young kid looking for a place that was close to Seaworld which was less than a 10 min drive away. Location is ideal, short walk to restaurants and beach on one side and the bay where you can see the Seaworld fireworks every night. Place was very clean and well stocked with necessities. Rooftop fireplace with an amazing view was the perfect place for the adults to wind down after the kid's went to bed. Highly recommend!

LOVE the Location!

This was a great place for my family with three teenagers to spend the week. The house was perfectly situated between the bay and ocean. It was an easy and quick walk and was safe and secure. The rooms and beds were very comfortable. The roof top deck had great views and the cool breeze off the ocean was amazing. The parking spots are narrow, and we could not get our full-sized SUV into the stalls, but that was disclosed in the description, so we were not surprised.

Nice Property

Walking distance to bay or ocean. Enjoyed it. A few minor quirks… bottom suite had deadbolt to lock people in? And it took a while to figure out pullout couch. The QR codes didn’t work. But overall, would rent again. Everything nice, clean, and we had a good time.
