Sunset Cliffs is an affluent coastal community in the Point Loma community of San Diego, California. It is bordered by the Pacific Ocean on the west, Ocean Beach on the north, Catalina Blvd. and Santa Barbara St. on the east, and Sunset Cliffs Natural Park on the south.
Point Loma is a beautiful rugged peninsula on the coast of San Diego. It is known for Cabrillo National Monument - a national park with trails, tide pools and exhibits on California history. Sunset Cliffs Natural Park is also a popular spot to watch the sun go down. Liberty Station, a former Naval Training Center, now has buzzy restaurants, shops, and lots of events. Delicious and fresh seafood eateries are all over the nearby Shelter and Harbor islands. If you're into live music - Humphreys Concerts by the Bay is a great place to check out. Be sure to check their events schedule! ** Locals Tip - you can rent kayaks / boats and watch these concerts for free from the water ;)
Getting Around:
Travel by car or rent bikes down at the beach. Best way to get around San Diego is by car but Point Loma / Sunset Cliffs is very walkable if you want to stay in the area.

Pets are welcome with prior approval and additional $125 pet fee.
**No pets without prior written approval. If you're bringing a pet, you must follow airbnb's pet rules: dispose of all pet waste properly, never leave pet unattended in the home or backyard, and keep dogs leashed when walking them outside of the home.
Guests are allowed to smoke but outdoors ONLY! Smoke smell inside the home will be charged a fine for smell remediation.

San Diego now requires all guests to sign a Good Neighbor Policy document prior to staying. We do enforce their policy so it must be signed in order to receive checkin info, but we will make it super easy for you to initial and sign :) It can all be done online.
