We loved everything, the location, décoration of the room, the beautiful plants all over the property as well as the beautiful pool area. We loved the tikis and the hawaian style of the buildings. We will come back.

Very noisy room located close to the ice dispenser and the concert area. In the morning we were disturbed by the ice dispenser used by clients, then by the cleaning team using the karcher to clean the floor, then the gardner and from 2pm to 7pm by the music repetition before the night concert. All in all not a quiet stay at all. In the garden in front of our room there were trashes such a cigarts, papers and drink caps. Bathroom needs a refresh. We stayed there 3 nights to celebrate my 40th birthday and no special attention was given. In the last years at other hotels there was always a cake or a drink offered by the hotel. Conclusion it was a disappointing stay in San Diego in this hotel for the price paid.

Cadre très bien dans un bel endroit. Ce qu’on ne vous dit pas à l’arrivee est que le pass avec réductions que l’on vous donne coûte 12$ par jour!! Et pas possible de ne pas le prendre! Donc sur 8 jours ça fait sacrément monter l’addition. Utlilsé 2 fois pour avoir 20% au restaurant qui est très bien mais très cher
