The Space:

Step into this inviting studio that features a comfortable queen bed, a ceiling fan and A/C to keep you cool on summer nights, and a flat-screen, Smart TV for your entertainment. Whip up quick and simple meals in the kitchenette, complete with a mini refrigerator, 2-burner stove, microwave, coffee maker, plus high-top table for two. Freshen up in the combo tub/shower after a day at the beach or exploring the nearby attractions. Right outside your door, you'll discover a small patio area with a bistro table with 2 chairs. Enjoy your morning coffee or evening drinks in this outdoor space. Don't forget to fire up the BBQ and sizzle some steaks or seafood. There's no need to overpack! We provide a stacked washer and dryer on-site for your convenience. Discover the beauty of our coastal paradise, where you can unwind, soak up the sun, and create lasting memories. Whether you're seeking a romantic escape or a solo retreat, this cozy studio is your ideal home away from home.

- Parking is street parking only.

- Smoking is not permitted.

- Guests must be 25+ to rent.

- As part of our standard verification process, we kindly request that the guest signs an additional agreement and verifies ID. Your comfort and security are important to us.

- Payment terms vary by booking channel. When processed through platforms that allow us to manage payment directly, a 10% deposit is taken at booking, with the remaining balance automatically collected after the cancellation period, as outlined in the cancellation policy. For channels where we do not manage payment, the full reservation amount is due at the time of booking.
