**This is a multi-level townhouse. One flight of stairs leads to the living area, and two flights lead to the bedroom



**Airport Notice: Our townhouse is located under the airport’s landing path, so you will hear aircraft approaching for landing throughout the day and occasionally in the evening. Most guests enjoy the convenient location and have no issues with the noise, but if you are a very light sleeper or particularly sensitive to airplane noise, this home may not be the best fit.



Guest Access:

Guests will have access only to the areas included in their booking . Any locked or restricted rooms are not part of the reservation and are not available for guest use.



The Neighborhood:

Located on 2nd Avenue in the heart of Little Italy, this home puts you in one of San Diego’s most loved neighborhoods. You’ll be surrounded by cafés, rooftop bars, bakeries, and award-winning Italian restaurants, all just steps away. The waterfront, Embarcadero, and scenic walking paths are a short stroll, while Balboa Park, the Gaslamp Quarter, and the USS Midway are just minutes away.



Getting Around:

This is one of the most walkable areas in San Diego — many top attractions, dining spots, and the waterfront are within walking distance. You’re also close to trolley stops, ride-share pickup zones, and freeway access, making it easy to reach beaches, the airport, and theme parks. A private garage space is included for guests bringing a car.



Other Things to Note:

Guests must be 25+ to book and we kindly ask that the booking guest stays at the property. A valid ID is requested to help ensure a smooth check-in.
