**Airport Notice: Our townhouse is located under the airport’s landing path, so you will hear aircraft approaching for landing throughout the day and occasionally in the evening. Most guests enjoy the convenient location and have no issues with the noise, but if you are a very light sleeper or particularly sensitive to airplane noise, this home may not be the best fit.



**Please note this is a multi-level home with stairs throughout, from the entry level up to the main living areas and bedrooms

The home is set in a central urban neighborhood surrounded by local cafés, casual eateries, grocery stores, and everyday conveniences. You’re minutes from Little Italy for dining and coffee, the Gaslamp Quarter for nightlife and events, Balboa Park for museums and outdoor space, and the Embarcadero for waterfront walks. It’s a practical, well-connected area that lets guests easily balance work, dining, and exploring San Diego



Getting Around:

The home is centrally located, making it easy to get around without long drives. Most downtown attractions, dining, and offices are reachable within a short drive or quick rideshare. Uber and Lyft are readily available at all hours, and the nearby freeway access makes trips to the airport, beaches, or other parts of San Diego straightforward. Free on-site parking is included for guests who prefer to drive



Other Things to Note:

Guests must be 25+ to book and we kindly ask that the booking guest stays at the property. A valid ID is requested to help ensure a smooth check-in.

Due to the home’s central location near the airport, occasional aircraft noise will be heard during your stay, particularly on the top level and when windows are open.

To keep the space fresh and comfortable for all guests, the home is smoke-free (including vaping). Any violation will result in a $500 cleaning fee.

Comfortably sleeps 6, with a pull-out bed available for an extra guest upon request for $50 per night.

For the comfort of future guests, pets aren’t accommodated at this property

We ask guests to keep noise to a minimum between 11:00 PM and 7:00 AM out of consideration for others.

If you’d like to arrive early, we may be able to accommodate for $75 + tax, subject to availability. Check-ins before 1:00 PM require an extra night. Just let us know at least 24 hours ahead and we’ll do our best to help.
