Built in Spring of 2015, this home is less than 20 steps to the beach!! Ideally located a short walking distance from the restaurants, bars, and great shopping in Pacific and Mission Beach. The bay is conveniently located just across the street where the Catamaran Resort, Bahia Belle, and available rentals (bike, scooters,boat, and boards). In addition to the beaches, you are just a 5 minute drive to Seaworld, a 10 minute drive to La Jolla/Torrey Pines, and a 15 minute drive to the downtown Gaslamp district, Petco park, Convention Center and Balboa Park and San Diego Zoo.

This beautiful beachhouse has 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom. It is located on the sunny side of a North Mission Beach court. The master bedroom is located on the 1st floor with Cal-King bed, private bathroom with a 40” Smart Flat screen TV and direct access to the patio.
The spacious 2nd floor is complete living and visiting space. The kitchen consists of a fully-equipped kitchen with granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances, full pantry, and a dining table for 6 to 8 guests. On this floor, there is also a full bathroom with tub, and a living room with a convertible queen sofa, and a 60-inch flat screen TV and expansive sliding glass doors that open to a large private covered deck perfect anytime of day.
Two more bedrooms are located on the 3rd floor, with skylights and 32” Smart flat screen TVs in each room. The front bedroom with ocean view and step out balcony has a cal-king size bed, and then the third bedroom has two full beds that include a trundle.
The front patio includes a fire pit for cool evenings and a gas barbecue for cookouts. The private 2-car garage will fit one full size car/suv and one small car (eg. Prius size) and also includes the washer and dryer.

-4 flat screen Smart TV's (Cable, HBO, Netflix) 1 in every bedroom
- beach toys, boogie boards, beach chairs, beach towels, 2 beach cruiser bicycles

COVID cleaning practices:
Self check in -check out process (digital code provided prior to arrival)
Hand sanitizer and anibacterial hand soap is provided.
Cleaning team wears masks and gloves. (particular attention to high touch areas)
All antibacterial disinfectants and cleaners used that are also provided.
All linens are washed and dryed at high heat in between guest stays


This rental is located in a very quiet, high density neighborhood with strict house rules and is only suitable for quieter families. Failure to abide by these policies may lead to immediate eviction without refund. Make sure that you are comfortable with these polices before renting.
