    Bereid je voor op een onvergetelijke ervaring in San Diego in deze prachtige duplex met 3 slaapkamers en 2,5 badkamers aan de baai. Gelegen in het hart van de bruisende San Juan Cove in Mission Bay, biedt dit toevluchtsoord op de bovenste verdieping het beste van binnen- en buitenleven met weidse uitzichten en directe toegang tot de promenade.

    Stap het ruime dakterras op – jouw eigen plekje voor een zeebriesje, barbecue-sessies en onvergetelijke zonsondergangen. Ontspan in de zon of geniet van een etentje met vrienden terwijl de baai op de achtergrond schittert.

    Binnen is er licht en stijl in overvloed. De woonruimte op de derde verdieping heeft een open indeling met een comfortabele bank, rieten stoelen, een flatscreen-tv en een opvallende mozaïek-salontafel. De ene heeft een queensize bed en de andere beschikt over zowel een queensize bed als een stapelbed met twee eenpersoonsbedden – ideaal voor kinderen of gezinnen. Een gedeelde, volledig uitgeruste badkamer op deze verdieping zorgt voor extra gemak.

Perfect home on Mission Bay

Perfect home for a family wanting to stay on the bay. Nice and quiet waterfront home with a fully stocked kitchen! Definitely would stay here again!

Overall great stay. Nice place for the 7 of us. Had a good time at the beach and playing board games. Place is really nice and the rooftop is awesome with great sunset views. The hosts were communicative (maybe a little overboard). We did find a few ants at the end of our stay but nothing crazy. Overall would recommend. Note there are not any food staples in the house so if you plan on cooking account for that

Great!

This house and location was perfect for our family vacay! Had everything we needed. It is a shared duplex type house, and there were people below us, but it didn’t interfere with our time. Loved being right on the boardwalk, with a view of the bay, and a block from the beach! Highly recommend this house for your next vacay!

Great house, great location

We really loved our stay here. The house was perfect for our group. My wife, our two (young) kids, and my parents each had plenty of space and the downstairs worked well as a "family" area for my wife and I and the kids (we could let them nap and still enjoy the upstairs space). The roof deck and balcony were awesome to hang out on, particularly at sunrise and sunset, and the garage fit two cars!

We stayed in the upstairs unit. Morning coffee looking over the bay was fabulous. Great location, everything clean and really comfortable beds. Great management communication. We’ll be back.

Great spot right on the bay.

Our stay over break was great. Property was just as listed. Enjoyed the bay, rented bikes, ate at the Olive Cafe, walked to the beach. It’s the perfect location to see everything. The garage is a tight fit, but we just pulled the mirrors in on our minivan.

Location! Location! Location!

This was a great place in a better location. Beautiful views and walking access to food, activities, the ocean, with the bay and beach out your front door. The condo was comfortable and clean. There were a few minor fixes needed while we were there and the front door code pad was a little glitchy, but all in all this was a great rental.

Great stay on the bay!

This is a great property right on Mission Bay. We had the top half of a two unit building and the views overlooking the bay were amazing! With plenty of restaurants nearby and both the bay and the ocean (two blocks away), we didn’t even take the car out of the garage for the duration of our three night stay. Would recommend Olive Cafe for pastries in the morning and the Baked Bear (by the pier) for dessert.

Amazing views all around

What an amazing house. Large amount of beach toys in garage along with chairs. We had a beach day and were all set up. Has 1 issue with dryer and host was very accommodating in resolving the issue. I would recommend this place to all my friends and family. Thank you

Lovely Beach House

This beach house was a prime location. The pictures do not do justice. They got new furniture etc. House had everything you needed. You do have to share garage with below renter. Everything worked out ok and renter below were great and respectful. Love this house. We come to San Diego every year and will definitely use this location in future.

Wedding and visiting friends

Our stay was great! The home had wonderful amenities! It even had plastic dishes, cups and silverware for our toddler grandson! Beds were very comfortable. There was no crib or pack and play but prior to our arrival the host provided very helpful information about renting one. The home was so nicely decorated. Such a fabulous place to stay! Beautiful views of the water. Super boardwalk and lots of activities like kayaking, windsurfing within walking distance. Great playground within walking distance. Loads of restaurants in walking distance. If we get the chance to visit San Diego again we would definitely check to see if this vrbo is available. Loved it. And the hosts were very responsive!

Great location!

We loved the view of the bay and that the ocean is only 2 blocks away. The house was clean with all the amenities we needed and more. Loved the size of the primary bathroom. However the shower wasn't great if you like a steady temperature. The refrigerator wasn't working and after we let the management company know this, they told us to use the refrigerator in the garage which was not convenient. With the refrigerator they put in the garage, we couldn't fit 2 cars in there so we had to find other parking. Overall the place is great.

Wasnt fully truthful

The house is set up very strangely but might not be a prob for someone else. You have to go up 2 flights of stairs to get to main level and then bring luggage to the back of the house and down a flight for addl bedrooms. The garage is share with other townhouse so wide open. One car fit but bottomed out when backing out as street dips in middle. The view was not as pictured. When you get to roof deck, there was a whole flat roof between you and the water. You overlook the roof. The main are is very small but very nice. The sinks leaked, especially in kitchen. Area is mostly bohemian in style but walkable and cute. This is bay side but iverlooks a huge parking lot. I traveled with 2 adult women and they had to share a bathroom downstairs as there are two bathrooms on top floor.

Displeased with Property

The property was not clean and had many issues -- all the drains were backed up, both the sinks and showers. In the master bathroom, there is mold on the ceiling in the shower. There are many stairs up to the property -- which were difficult for older individuals and a stroller. There were also no gates at the property, including on the top of the stairs. The door would not lock, we had to contact the property manager and could not leave the home. The freezer on the refrigerator did not work properly and we lost groceries. The rooftop is blocked and you cannot see the water. All of the sliding doors are difficult to open, specifically the screen portion. For the amount of money we paid to stay in this home, I do not recommend it. Very displeased with the property and with VRBO - this was our first time using the company and will be the last. I have attempted to email and call, no response.

Great place, troubled service

A mixed bag: It is a wonderful place and location – but came with troubling services and support. The place is lovely, well furnished, clean, and well maintained. The kitchen is well-equipped and easy to use, with place settings for as many people as you might want. The toys, beach chairs, etc. in the garage are a nice touch. There are lots of stairs to maneuver inside and out, but that was not a problem for us; indeed, I appreciated the exercise. The location is great with the literally bay sands out your front door, and a public aquatic center, the ocean, Belmont Park, and lots of casual eating all short walks away. On the other hand: The electronic lock failed one day and we were locked out with a crying, thirsty baby. Not their fault that the battery died (but one wonders about their preventative maintenance schedule). However, not responding – ever – to our urgent texts is definitely their responsibility. And then compounding that by taking *twenty minutes* to answer the phone at their service center is entirely unacceptable. When maintenance man Isaac showed up, he was lovely and tried hard to find ways to make it all better, beyond fixing the lock. But his earnestness does make up for the negligence of his superiors. In addition: it was mentioned in one of the earlier reviews that the BBQ did not work well. I sent the service a note a week before arriving asking that they ensure this has been fixed because, as I told them, a working BBQ is central to our family vacation experience. They acknowledged my note, that they checked, and that the BBQ indeed wasn’t working well. And said it would be fixed by the weekend. It wasn’t. When I finally got through to the service center about the lock, they acknowledged the BBQ request again and said the owner would be out with a replacement by the weekend. Again, It never happened. So long as you have no problems, I am sure you will have a wonderful stay in this lovely place. For us, it was a mixed bag.

Such a wonderful place to stay. My first time renting from Vacasa and was great! Communication was great! The instructions for checking in and out was the easiest I’ve ever experienced😊 We will definitely be back!

Nice duplex in a great location.

We planned a summer getaway with friends and found this location. The pictures are little outdated with the future textiles having been updated sometime. Our group planned to cook a lot and the kitchen was well stocked, however, the Weber grill on the terrace lacked the BTUs need for some serious grilling. On a similar note, we were a group of 8, so the dinning/kitchen table wasn't very accommodating - we were able to eat but it was VERY snug. We also didn't use the roof-top terrace as much as we thought we would, really just to access the grill. Lastly, we brought something water equipment such as seat-easy and paddle boards, and with the duplex being the top unit, be ready to climb and carry lot of stairs if you decide to bring your own water toys. Overall, the duplex was great, we'd stay there again. The only recommendations to the owner would be to replace the north-side garage shower head, it no longer works as designed and currently functions more as a water mister. Also, a new grill and some additional share on the terrace would be nice.

San Diego vacation

Everything was amazing, very clean, very comfortable beds. The only complaints I have is all the lights on upper balcony didn't work except one and a few were out on the stairwell up to the balcony and a few were out on the inside downot airs stairwell. Beautiful property and location.

Very nice stay

We had a great time, location was great, kitchen was well stocked. Wifi went down one morning and management responded with a fix very quickly. Only issue was the couch is horribly stained, we had to put a blanket over it to feel comfortable sitting on it. Recommend having it cleaned ASAP.

Great location

A great location and very quiet, but some upgrades are needed. The couch should have been retired sometime ago—it sags and is stained. The gas grill is too dirty to heat properly—we had to finish our steaks in the stove. You should be aware that the two lower bedrooms are freezing cold and there’s only one way out—a real problem in case of fire. Oh and don’t try to get in the garage with a larger car. It was scary enough with a Prius.

Some Sailors in the Bay

We got a referral from another group of friends and couldn't have been happier with our stay. Starting from the bottom, the garage was perfect for our cars as we had people drive across the country to stay for the week. The unit was clean and ready for us when we arrived. The downstairs bedrooms and communal bathroom was perfect for the four people that stayed down there. The main floor featured a master bedroom and bathroom that were spacious and perfect for another couple. The kitchen/living and dining area were great for a nice meal and chatting while overlooking the bay. Finally, the upstairs rooftop patio gave you all the views of the sunrise AND sunset that San Diego is famous for. I know I will be back to stay with 710 Beach Rentals again.

We had an amazing time staying here for the holidays. Great location and home. The outdoor space really made it great. The host was phenomenal with communication and very flexible when we wanted to add another nights stay. Highly recommend :)
