Bayfront North is our newly renovated top-floor bayfront penthouse, a spacious, beautifully updated retreat designed for families who love comfort, convenience, and a touch of luxury. Our family of 4 had a really nice stay. The building is older, but the unit has updated kitchen and bathrooms. Everything worked great for us. It was so nice to be right on the bay with beautiful windows and a balcony, and the breeze was wonderful to have with windows that easily opened. There are several fans provided to keep it cool and breezy, too. We really enjoyed the ability to walk to the beach, restaurants, coffee shops. It's a nice, vibrant neighborhood. There are beach toys and chairs in the stairwell to the beach, which we took advantage of. The location was great for our family, a short walk or drive to many different things to do. The communication from the host and property management company was fantastic. The guidebook provided so much information, very helpful. Easy access to the property, and everything we needed for our stay. Would definitely recommend to anyone visiting the San Diego area.

The location is excellent and the condo was bright and comfortable. We had a minor problem with the televisions and coffee maker but Dani handled it quickly and efficiently. Very convenient location for all the local attractions.

Family Spring Break Get Away

Thank you for providing a great retreat! We very much enjoyed our stay. The kitchen is well equipped with so many pans, dishes, and utensils. The boogie board and chairs and pales made our beach time the best! It felt super safe and was close to many restaurants, stores, the beach and the Belmont Park with fun games and rollercoaster. There is so much to do while having a quiet secure place to land and enjoy. Thanks again for helping make our trip so enjoyable!

Great Location, Good Place

We stayed the week between Christmas and New Year's and really enjoyed ourselves. The condo has two nice bedrooms and a bathroom for each. The kitchen has the necessary appliances and most everything you need to cook meals and the WIFI works very well. The location is a very short walk to Mission Blvd. and the beach. There's a Starbuck's within a two minute walk along with a small market, sushi place, Mexican, and Italian restaurants. And a grilled cheese restaurant as well. The view is of a marina and a bay and a beach is right out the door. It's not a fancy place, so if you're looking for a Ritz Carlton this isn't it, but I'd recommend it to anyone who anyone who's looking for a comfortable home away from home for a visit to San Diego.

Beautiful Bay view

The living room was nicely updated and had a beautiful view of sail bay and the Bahia Belle. Nightly fireworks from Sea World were a treat too. We were fortunate that the temps were in the mid to low 70s during the day since the property does not have A/C. Bedrooms and bathrooms are a bit dated for the price but were clean. We had an issue with the sliding screen which Dani took care of right away. We typically stay on the ocean side and will probably do so next time as well. But all in all, a nice stay.

The window and slider in livingroom are inoperable. Couldnt close the slider and the window is broken out of the frame and couldnt close because the pane would have fallen out. Property needs maintenance.
