This charming Spanish style villa sits on Mission Bay Boardwalk, overlooking the sandy beach and sailboats docked in the bay. This eclectic, spacious home is perfect for one or two families looking for a special place to vacation together. Relax on the furnished private patio, or spread out throughout the house, there truly is something for everyone here!
PROPERTY LAYOUT: Level 1: Kitchen, Breakfast Nook, Den, Living Room, Dining Room, Patio, Full Guest Bath, Laundry and 2 Bedrooms. Bedroom #1 has a King, two twin bunks, and an en-suite bath. Bedroom #2 King bed with en-suite bath. Level 2: Bedroom #3 is the large master suite with a fireplace view from the king size bed with window AC. Bedroom #4 is a bonus room off the master that has a futon style pull out bed. Perfect for mom, dad and little ones...or very, very good friends! The master bath has an open Spanish style shower and a separate tub. Bedroom #5 is a queen bedroom. Level 3: Another funky bonus room! We consider this room the 6th bedroom with a full bed and a small floor bed that would fit a child under the age of 5 or 6. This room also has access to the 3rd level patio!
The most unique feature of this home is the layout! You’ll have fun just exploring all the different rooms of this home. The central great room allows for time together with a large dining area and great couch in the living room. The bedrooms are all tucked away in different corners of the house to give you privacy when you need. The vaulted atrium style ceiling and wide open entertaining spaces you will never feel cramped or overcrowded, open all five sets of french doors to the tranquil garden patio and you’ll create a lovely summertime indoor/outdoor space. The patio, complete with lush landscaping and plenty of outdoor seating, is perfect for dining “alfresco” or early morning coffee. Kids love playing hide and seek and adults love gathering on the patio and great room.
All of the amenities of this home make it the perfect home away from home vacation. A kitchen and breakfast nook make cooking a "family affair", stocked for meal preparation, dining and entertaining. The den off the breakfast nook is the perfect place to plant the little ones with some cartoons or pull the sofa bed out for an "extra" bedroom! There is a washer and dryer, 3 parking spaces (2 in the garage, 1 in the carport space outside), beach chairs, toys, umbrellas, and even a paddle board to explore the coves of Mission Bay! The living room, den and 4 of the bedrooms are equipped with smart TV, cable and wifi equipped for streaming Netflix.
Relax on the patio while the kids enjoy the beach only steps away. Mission Beach is a very short walk across the street. Enjoy the best of both beaches - the bay or the ocean! A great place for a quiet vacation, but close to the action if you want to get there. Fabulous place to enjoy sunny Southern California.

Locals and visitors alike enjoy the paved walking and biking paths that curl around Mission Bay, a popular spot for water sports and family beach days. Casual cafes and eateries line Mission Boulevard, the single road that runs between the Pacific Ocean and Mission Bay. Nearby Belmont Park has tons of dining and entertainment options for all ages in addition to the world-famous Mission Beach boardwalk and Giant Dipper Roller Coaster! Just blocks away from the ocean and bay, you’ll experience the best of the beach!

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE: *This property has video surveillance on the exterior of the house. This is strictly used to protect the property. There is a camera at the front door facing the carport parking space, a camera above the northeast gate facing the back patio, a camera above the north side door facing the side yard, a camera on the southeast side facing the back door, and a camera in the garage facing the entry to the home.

BOOKING TERMS: Per the cancellation policy, eligible cancellations may receive a full refund less credit card processing fees. While we understand the Primary Renter and guests are on vacation, the home owners are not. Therefore, we respectfully request Primary Renter and Guests display behavior that is becoming of a typical neighborhood environment. Home owners across San Diego are banning together to eliminate the rentals of private homes as vacation homes. Please help us preserve our right to rent by being respectful neighbors.
NOISE/NO PARTIES: Quiet hours are strictly enforced, 10 pm – 8 am per city ordinance. This property has ZERO TOLERANCE for noise, parties or loud music which includes any excessive daytime noise, cursing, yelling or screaming. Fines will be applied for complaints. Drinking games of any kind ie: beer die, pong, funnels etc. and music that is audible past the property line are strictly prohibited. Immediate eviction can result if these rules are broken.
San Diego Municipal Code 59.5.0502 states that at all times; any amplified sound that can be heard 50 feet away from the rented residence is prohibited. Between 10 PM and 8 AM, even normal conversation must be moved inside the rented residence. Per SDMC 51.1004 and California Penal Code 415.2 noise violations can result in fines (Up to $1,000) for property owners and Renters if there are repeated calls for noise violations to one address. Renters will be liable for any and ALL noise violation fines charged to the property owner. Excessive Noise disruptions can result in immediate eviction without the right to a refund of rental fees or security deposits.
Drugs/ Alcohol: Use of illegal/illicit drugs by any Renter, Guest, Occupant or Visitor in or on the grounds is strictly prohibited. Consumption of alcoholic beverages by a minor under 21 years of age is strictly prohibited.
No Smoking of ANY kind: This is a non-smoking property, both in and on the property. A fee of $1,000.00 will be charged for violation of this rule, plus any costs incurred to remove smoke odor or damage. Smoking includes but is not limited to: cigarette, cigar, marajuana, cocaine, incense, or vaping. While Marajuana is legal in the state of California it is NOT allowed on this property.
Properties are subject to exterior patrol by our staff and homeowner. If Renters are causing a nuisance, having a party, acting detrimentally toward the property, breaking the noise curfew or any stated rules and regulations we reserve the right to terminate the rental agreement, without refund, and immediately remove Renters and guests from the property. Absolutely no disturbances are allowed within this home or anywhere on the property premises. We also reserve the right to refuse occupancy if a house party is suspected.
Our neighbors are very, very sensitive to vacation rentals as it affects their right to live in a peaceful environment therefore we will enforce these policies in exchange for the privilege of renting this home as a vacation rental. The City of San Diego has adopted stricter guidelines for vacation properties and bad operators will not be allowed to rent their homes. If the actions of the Renter and their guests are detrimental to our right to rent as a vacation rental we reserve the right to evict and retain any rental fees and/or security deposits and will report abuse to the rental platforms and will take legal action against Renter if their behavior results in loss of permits.
Guest Occupancy: Occupancy: The maximum occupancy for this Rental Agreement shall not exceed the number stated on the reservation. Only primary Renter and guests accounted for on the reservation are allowed to be on the property.
Age Restrictions: Primary Renter must be 25 years or older. Guests must be 25 years or older. Parents and children excluded.
