Particuliere vakantiehuizen in San Clemente

'When we arrived, they would not give us access without a secondary vetting process above and beyond Vrbo. When we finally got in the cleaner was still there for an hour after our check-in time. The back garbage cans were plum full with garbage all on the ground and it was terribly hot so you can imagine the smell. There were very weird things like request us not to speak with the neighbors or let anyone know we were on a short term stay. We had to call multiple times to get access to the...

'The unit was very nice, spacious, and the cleanest rental I have ever been in! Ping was responsive and accommodating. I would stay again.'

'Super easy stay! Highly recommend for a local ocean side stay'

'This beautiful getaway is a home away from home. You get exactly what you see in the photos and read in the description definitely get what you pay for! The host is very sweet and accommodating when able, he was checking in making sure we had everything we needed. Close to the beach I would definitely book this spot again no questions asked. I would definitely recommend this place 10/10.'

'Great view.'

'Location on Oak St was perfect. Close to restaurants, the beach, shops. It was nice to have 3 bathrooms. Dishwasher was not working so I let the owner know so she could get it repaired. There were beach chairs, umbrella and beach towels, making our beach days easy.'

'What a fantastic stay at a lovely house! Beautiful ocean view from Master Bedroom. Perfect location, many beaches within a short walking distance (1 block), a handful of fantastic restaurants also within walking distance. It was so nice not having to use our car. We just did a quick getaway from our home in La Jolla, CA. The host was very easy to communicate with, had a small hiccup with the TV and he was over within minutes to fix it, as well as being helpful with recommendations of where to...

'This is a lovely property. The pool is gorgeous and there’s plenty of room for a large family. Field Trip does an excellent job of hosting the property, as well. We would go back.'

'This rental is just one block from the PCH and is centrally located in one of the best areas of Laguna Beach in my opinion. The unit was as described and pictured. The courtyard area is private and very nice if you want to sit outside to read or hang out. The rental is on the smaller side but it's Laguna Beach. Who's spending their time inside? Overall this property had what we needed and worked perfectly for our trip.'

'To say that Villa Rosa is amazing would be an absolute understatement, it is an absolute hidden gem. This property and the hosts, Tiffany and Jeremiah are phenomenal! If there was a rating higher than 5 stars that’s what I would rate.I rented this property to host my wedding rehearsal dinner as well as a spot to hang out after our wedding was over. It was absolutely perfect for both events. The house is gorgeous, comfortable and spacious. The kitchen has newer appliances and fully stocked...
