  • WELKOM in ons PACIFIC PARADISE CONDO!
    Ons huis ligt op een klif met uitzicht op de oceaan en heeft de meest geweldige uitzicht op het water. Je kunt genieten van geweldige zonsondergangen, dag en nacht beukende golven horen en de oceaan voelen briesen door de open ramen. U kunt in minder dan 4 minuten naar het strand lopen en surfen, zwemmen, boogieboard, spelen op het strand of gewoon wat zonnestralen vangen. Er is een fantastisch strandpad dat u kunt wandelen of fietsen helemaal naar Dana Point of slechts een kwart mijl naar een fantastisch restaurant met uitzicht op de oceaan op de San Clemente-pier.
    De buurt waar we wonen heet de "Pier Bowl" en is een van de meest gewilde buurten in San Clemente omdat het directe toegang heeft tot het beste strand in So-Cal en is gelegen in het zuidwesten van San Clemente, bekend om zijn geweldige zonsondergangen en weinig tot geen mariene laag voor het hele jaar door geweldige uitzichten.
    Met het strand op slechts een steenworp afstand, zult u nooit meer ongelooflijke uitzichten op de diepblauwe oceaan vinden dan u hier zult doen. Geniet van de bezienswaardigheden en de zoute lucht van uw eettafel terwijl u geniet van uw ochtend kopje koffie. Direct na het ontbijt ga je naar het strand om een aantal van die wereldberoemde Stille Oceaan golven te vangen. Onze meer avontuurlijke gasten zullen absoluut dol zijn op de nabijheid van de oceaan en willen de hele dag doorbrengen met spelen, surfen en boogieboarden. Maar als je liever een zalig dutje doet in de zon, of geniet van de koele zeebries, wees dan niet bang. Beneden aan het strand vindt u meerdere strandpaden om te verkennen, de beroemde San Clemente Pier, evenals een paar charmante plekjes ideaal voor een familiebarbecue. Na een lange dag in de zon van Californië biedt de grote woonkamer voldoende ruimte, comfortabel meubilair voor ontspanning en grote ramen, perfect om de vele prachtige zonsondergangen die u tijdens uw verblijf zult zien, te zien. De twee slaapkamers en badkamers zijn beide smaakvol ingericht met een nautisch thema waardoor uw fantasie de vrije loop kan laten. Dit vernieuwde Beach Home op de 3e verdieping ligt op slechts 49 treden naar de toegang tot het strand en vervolgens naar het zand en de branding.

I cannot say enough about how great this place was to stay. Easy beach access, easy town access and the views!!!! Would definitely stay here again!

Dennis and Denise were fantastic hosts! Their home was spotless, incredibly comfortable, and had every amenity we could have asked for. Everything was exactly as described, and they made our stay so easy and enjoyable.We absolutely fell in love with San Clemente—it’s such a charming, beautiful town that by the end of our trip we were joking that we wanted to move there! We had a wonderful time and couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay.We highly recommend staying here and would absolutely book again. Thank you, Dennis and Denise, for a great experience!

Great location

Location was perfect. Walking down to the beach every morning and having coffee on the pier was exactly what I was looking for. Place was stocked with everything you need for the beach, beach chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards, frisbee. Only thing I missed was a bbq. There is a big deck downstairs but no bbq. Minor thing, really, but missed it. Great view for the sunset, dipping behind Catalina Island. Well stocked with towels, and everything you need in the kitchen. Thank you.

Pacific Paradise is a great vacation stay!

Our two week stay at Pacific Paradise was perfect. The condo is very well equipped and it was easy to make it our home away from home. We especially appreciated the beach equipment! Beach chairs and umbrellas at previous VRBO properties we’ve stayed at were often unusable. But all of the equipment at Pacific paradise is top notch. The short ten minute walk to the beach and pier was certainly easier than trying to find a parking space at the beach - and it was good exercise. The wonderful ocean view from the “wall” of windows was beautiful to look at any time of day. We will definitely stay here again if we come back to San Clemente.

Excellent property with amazing views and location!

What a wonderful property! The condo was very easy to find and was in an incredible location that was within walking distance to the San Clemente pier and Del Mar street with all of the restaurants and shops that it has to offer. The view was so beautiful, we spent every morning drinking coffee at the table and just looking out to the ocean. The bedrooms and baths were very clean and comfortable and the kitchen was also very well equipped. For quiet nights in, we were comfortable watching Netflix on the living room sectional with the gas fireplace on. The condo does have some stairs to enter but that did not bother us and the parking garage is great. We did have a couple of questions during our stay and with one text, Denise called back right away to address them. Thank you for sharing this beautiful property with us. We plan to come back soon.

Very Nice Get-Away

Ocean view and cool breezes were especially nice. Proximity to the San Clemente pier and beach were great, a 6 minute walk. If your group has more than 1 car, this condo has off street parking for 2 full size cars or 3 smaller ones. There are 28 steps to climb the stairs to this condo, but we knew that when we picked this unit. The condo was comfortable and well equipped. We encountered a small problem with the televisions, but the owners were extremely responsive in helping to solve the issue. We would rent this condo again.

Great Location

Property is in a great location very close to the beach, shops and restaurants. Condo is comfortable, well furnished and had great views. The hosts are very communicative and we really enjoyed our stay.

San Clemente

We loved this place. The description is accurate and the beach area is great. My only input is that if you are not in shape, the stairs can be difficult. You need to go up 3 flights to get your luggage in the house. However, if you go down to the beach via the stairs... you can come up via the street which is easier. (this is from a 60 something year old). We found this much better than taking the stairs. Overall, a wonderful place with everything you could ever need. Thanks Dennis and Denise for a great place.

Amazing beach apartment

We loved this place. It was very clean and well set up and close to everything you could want or need. I can't wait to go back. There are a lot of stairs to climb both to the apartment and to the beach, so this is why the views are so fantastic. The hosts were excellent as well and very quick to respond to our questions and happy to make recommendations.

Conevnient Location with Spectacular View and Exceptional Accommodations

We very much enjoyed our stay at Denise and Dennis Massey’s rental unit. The unit itself was very clean, well appointed, and very comfortable to spend our vacation time as the layout was easy in which to settle. The beauty of the view from the unit is incomparable. As they say in real estate, LOCATION is everything. It’s just a short walk to the San Clemente Pier and our favorite restaurants, The Fishermans for dinner and The Creperie for breakfast. Our daily walks on the beach trails at the bottom of the access stairway were enjoyable. With good planning things always seem to go well, but the real test is when a problem arises and you need a solution. Whenever we had concerns due to being in an unfamiliar living situation the Masseys responded to our request within minutes which we very much appreciated. Looking forward to our next stay.

Room with a View

We had a fabulous time at this property! Upon arriving I was most pleased at how clean it was! The view was awesome and so close to everything. The steps would be steep for those who have difficulty climbing stairs as there are many. But the great thing is to just take your time if thats the case! We had a great 10 days and would love to go again!!! Thank you for keeping your place so inviting! k

Fabulous Location, Beautiful Views and Perfectly Decorated

We were so pleased with this Condo when we arrived. Prior to arrival Dennis and Denise were great to work with. They responded very quickly and were very accommodating regarding our length of stay. The condo is beautifully decorated and one side of the condo is all windows looking out onto the ocean. I was there with my older teenage son and younger daughter. We were all spoiled to have our own space and also the three TVs for the evening hours which the kids loved. The decorating is very modern as well as the kitchen and furniture. It was great to have the beach toys, beach towels, bags and boogie boards available to us as well. They had everything needed for a great vacation. San Clemente is a wonderful, quiet town without the busy feel of southern California. The Condo is just a couple streets away from the Pier area and located right above the beach. If I have the opportunity to go back to this area in the future I would be thrilled to be able to stay at the Pacific Paradise again!
