The Space:
Beautiful ocean views can be seen from the inside and out of this charming 2 bedroom/1 bath beach condo. Recently renovated, a wealth of natural light pours into the open floor plan through two over-sized sliding glass doors and many windows. Just outside these sliding doors is a 600 sq ft PRIVATE deck with an ocean view, fire pit with ample seating, dining tables, grill, beverage fridge, fooseball, TV, music speakers, and PRIVATE jacuzzi. Inside, the condo has a beachy feel with all the amenities of home, including a washer and dryer. Additionally, we have outfitted our beach condo with beach towels, beach chairs, an umbrella, boogie boards, cooler, wagon, and an outdoor shower so you'll have everything you will need to relax and enjoy the best San Clemente has to offer!

Desk and office chair are provided available for people working remotely. We also provide a Keurig coffee machine with pods, creamers and sweeteners.

Guest Access:
Guests have full access to the condo and private access to the deck, fire pit and hot tub. One dedicated driveway parking spot is included and there is plenty of free on-street overnight parking on the cross street (Seville) and around the library and community center. We provide a map showing where it is safe to park overnight.

The Neighborhood:
Stroll up the street into a quaint village center with a variety of boutique shops, several world-class restaurants, a cozy wine and cheese bar, a local playhouse, a retro candy store, and farmer’s market every Sunday morning. Stroll down the street and explore the beautiful beaches, the pier, beach running trail and seaside parks. Or just stay in the condo to enjoy a relaxing day with a steady ocean breeze and quiet evenings with stunning sunsets.

Getting Around:
We are walking distance to just about everything you would need. There are bike rentals (Murf electric) at the top of the hill and a free trolley that picks up in front of the condo. We also have a train station at our pier which makes for a great day trip to San Diego. We are also conveniently located about a 45min drive to Disney, 25 minutes to Lego Land and an hour from San Diego and LA.

Other Things to Note:
- Up tp 3 pets can be allowed on a case by case basis with pre-approval. Due to the close proximity of neighbors, we can only take quiet, well-trained dogs less than 60lbs. a Pet fee of $20/night will apply for each approved pet

- Pet Friendly: There is a park across the street for dog-walking. Also, San Clemente has a pet-friendly beach trail and many pet-friendly restaurants.

- The unit is limited to a maximum of 6 guests (5 Adults). After four guests, additional guests will incur a fee of $25/person per night.

- We have security cameras in common spaces only (parking areas and outside stairways) and do not have any cameras or listening devices inside our rental condos

I am here for you during your stay but our level of interaction is up to you. I'm only a phone call or text message away. You will be able to self check-in upon arrival.
