Located in downtown San Clemente & a short stroll to the beach & our hip & historic Avenida Del Mar, Casa Clemente makes for the perfect California base camp! Freshy remodeled, this light and bright home has two king beds (2nd bedroom can be split into twins), a large kitchen, a fenced in front yard and an outdoor dining area. Enjoy off street parking, guest beach chairs & all the charm of our Spanish village by the Sea!

THE SPACE: 
Casa Clemente has a long and open floor plan with the living room and kitchen benefiting from an open sight line, ample west facing windows and a fresh and clean design profile. All countertops are white granite and the kitchen has all new stainless appliances. The main bedroom has a large king bed and a closet space. The second bedroom has two twin beds that can be combined into a king bed at request with a large closet and a custom warm wall art / light piece. The full bath has a large walk in shower.

There is a large covered side patio with a full dining table, ample bike and board storage and a driveway long enough for two cars if needed. The fenced in front yard boats flowers and fruit trees.

THE LOCATION:
Walk or bike to the beach on lazy winding streets past white adobe villas to San Clemente's idyllic pier scene, our local T-Street beach or the legendary Trestles Beach and San Onofre State Park. When it's time for coffee or cocktails, head to Avenida Del Mar where you will find an abundance of shops, lively bars and impressive restaurants guaranteed to enhance your SoCal adventure!
