Flats in San Clemente

'Property stunk like weed and with no AC, made it really miserable to not be able to open windows. The walls are thin so we heard the neighbors above all night long, bed was terrible and while the beach chairs/umbrellas were nice that’s about the only positive I can say. '

'Nick and Amy,Unfortunately our stay did not go as we planned. Finding where to park was difficult since our GPS kept taking us toward the strand. I reached out letting you know we were having trouble, but there was no response. I also asked for advice on where to keep a second vehicle with no response. 'Not often that everything is exactly as advertised or better. Great location, comfy bed and couch, small but fully functional kitchen. Huge container of coffee and filters etc was super appreciated ! Lastly, staff awesome, we got a warm good morning from one of the ladies that does house cleaning, Norma was so kind and offered up a great suggestion for us that night to head to the local food market….it was great! 100% stay +!'
