'We had a lovely stay at this property for a week and a half this April. The apartment was quiet, well furnished, and included everything we needed for a perfect stay. The king-size bed was comfortable and there was an air conditioner and a ceiling fan in the bedroom that kept the temperature very comfortable for sleeping. 'Checkout time was very early, 10 AM. I find that much too early for a check out , it should be 11 AM. I will asked for a later check out and was declined. The ocean view was lovely… But it will not be as nice in the future as they are building a building next-door. The room is not soundproof. I could hear people walking around above me and the conversation that the people love me. Location is excellent.'

'The place was amazing and clean and wonderful. The beds were so cozy. Everything we needed was there. The host was extremely communicative and easy to get a hold of. The location was close to downtown and everything was walkable. I cannot recommend this place enough. Wow. So much better than staying in a hotel. A home away from home experience with the California charm and feel. '

I reached out letting you know we were having trouble, but there was no response. I also asked for advice on where to keep a second vehicle with no response. 'Everything was great - Oceanside pier is a few minutes walk away, and we could open the windows and hear the ocean waves. The hosts were very proactive and communicative, check-in instructions were clear and check-out process was easy. We had a small request that they were easily able to accommodate. Highly recommend!'
