« My host contact me the morning of check in at 6:30am telling me there was a problem with the property and tried to move me to another house in a different city. I had to scramble to find another house same day. »

« This was the perfect place for us to stay on our way home. The beds were so comfortable, the shower was hot and had great pressure, and the hot tub was a perfect way to start the morning. Seriously this was much more than we expected for what we paid. But please don't worry surprised because we would like to stay here again! »

« The location is great and centrally located near everything Big Bear has to offer. That said, the property felt under-equipped and poorly maintained. The kitchen item were as cheap as cheap could be and lacked. Several things were broken, such as the toilet seat and blinds. The hot water in the shower was not adequate. Towels, toiletries, were as cheap as kitchen. The bedding, and the bed were not comfortable. This place did not meet the cost. I actually chose to leave before my second night...
