About this space:
POOL SAFETY AND SPA NOTICE:
PLEASE BE AWARE, there is no safety gate or barrier around the pool or spa. For the safety of all guests, especially minors, adult supervision is required at all times when anyone is using or being near the pool or spa. We are not responsible or will not be held liable for any accidents or deaths that could occur. Guests are fully responsible for monitoring minors and each other ensuring safe use of the pool. We appreciate your cooperation in helping us maintain a safe and enjoyable environment for everyone.

SECURITY CAMERAS: There are 4 security cameras just outside the property facing driveway, entryway and the pool equipment area.

GUESTS: Only the guests on the confirmed reservation are allowed on the property. Number of guests exceeding 10 needs pre-approval from the host. Your guests are welcome to come and visit you but not stay the night.

PARTY/EVENT: We have zero tolerance to any loud party/events. In event of breach, you will be strictly asked to leave immediately and vacate the property.

POOL: We charge $250 to heat the pool upfront and then $150 per day. We need 2 days of advance notice and payment if you wish to heat the pool. We charge $25 per day to heat the spa.

Note: Pool is serviced every Monday morning between 7Am to 9AM. It is recommended that you refrain from using the pool for 3 hours right after it has been serviced.
