Werkelijkheid is dat na ruim een week nog steeds de reservering van de deposit op mijn credit card staat en de parkeerkosten ook al in rekening is gebracht. 'Not sure why properties like this allow customers to bring their pets. The person staying next-door must’ve gone downstairs for breakfast and left the dog in the room alone and it was crying for an hour from 7:30 AM to about 8:30 AM. I was planning on sleeping in And that was ruined. Also, I’m concerned about hygiene when dogs are in the rooms not sure how thoroughly the rooms are cleaned after these pets are in there. I’m not sure if I would return to this property or any other property that...

'The staff was nice . The entire hotel had a musty smell. The shower didn't work in one room.None of the bedside plugs work in the second room. Breakfast was good.Hopefully is hotel gets an upgrade.'

'room was dirty, both sink and shower drains were clogged and the water would just stay. Brought this up to the front desk and there was nothing they could do to fix the situation.'

'The Room was too small for a KING SIZE bed, No Room to move around or to put your stuff, The bed took up all the room just enough to get on the bed, Room 310 it needs a single bed or a Full-Size bed. Parking charged me over $100 dollars when they told me a different price, we arrived late Friday evening and left Sunday morning, Never again at this location.'

'Front Desk staff were excellent. They went above and beyond to help us get our rooms coordinated so i could be next to my family. My daughter was not aware she had lost her credit card. They couldn't contact her so , @ 3A somehow they figured out who I was and called me to come retrieve it. Above all Adam at guest services went above and beyond to make our stay pleasant 🙃I would highly recommend them'
