3-bedroom house with views in private setting in Sleepy Hollow

This is our home that we share with you while we are travelling for most of the year. It’s not the typical “VRBO for profit” property with minimal amenities. The house is located on the top of the ridge at the end of a private road with views down both sides of the ridge. Open space begins right behind the house. This house is in a very private setting where no one can see into the house or the backyard.

Bedrooms

We have two large bedrooms that connect to a shared bathroom through a small hallway. One has a king-size bed and lots of closet space. The 2nd bedroom is in the corner of the house with windows and views of both Ross Valley and up San Pablo Bay where you can see all the way to Sonoma and Napa. This bedroom has a queen size bed, closet and a good size sit / stand desk for work with a large 34” curved monitor that you can hook up your computer to.
The 3rd bedroom is a little smaller and has a built-in queen-size Murphy bed and connects to the 2nd bathroom. It also has the same sit / stand desk with monitor as the 2nd bedroom.

Kitchen

We enjoy cooking and the kitchen is very well equipped and fully stocked, which means you don’t have to go out and buy the basics when you arrive to start cooking. We have almost every kitchen gadget imaginable and more ovens than we can count, a large convection oven, steam oven, toaster oven, pizza oven, microwave oven, air fryer, all in one Breville slow / pressure cooker, etc. I think you get the point. We also have a Breville espresso/cappuccino maker, tea pot, drip coffee maker and more.
There’s also a kitchen counter with a sink outdoors that is perfect when you want to make your own pizzas in the large Ooni pizza oven. The pizza oven is connected to the natural gas line, so no need to worry about any propane tanks.

Living / Dining

It’s an open floor plan with the kitchen open to the dining and living areas. The dining table can extend to accommodate 12 plus guests, but we set it up to comfortably seat 8, which is the maximum occupancy in the house. We are fully stocked with high end tableware and wine glasses.

Entertainment

There’s a 75” Samsung smart TV hooked up to a high-end Sonos home theater system. We have Sonos speakers throughout the house, in all bedrooms, dining area, living area, as well as outdoor speakers in the backyard. There’s strong WIFI throughout the house and it’s connected to a 1Gb/1Gb fiber connection in case you need to take some Zoom calls for work.
