Villa's in San Andrés

'No hot water / chairs at swimming pool so old that you can’t comfortably sit on them / rude staff / made agreement to reimburse the last 3 days of our trip but now management of the hotel does not return the money corresponding to those nights , although we checked out 3 days earlier as compared to the original reservation '

'Had I known I will have a room without a window I would have never booked the stay. It’s not a hotel and definitely not 4 star as it states online. The place was sterile and clean but the sheets were half way stripped down when I got there and it is one of the most depressing places I have ever stayed. I would not stayed again for the money I paid.'

'Great place with great people. Location is perfect. Food is decent but not spectacular. They don’t heat the jacuzzi which is a bummer but overall I still give this hotel a 10 for San Andres'

'We had an amazing stay at Nattivo Collection Hotel in San Andrés! The hotel is beautiful, modern, and very well maintained. What really made our stay exceptional was the staff, they were incredibly welcoming, friendly, and always available to help with anything we needed or answer any questions. Their hospitality made us feel right at home. The location is another huge plus.
