'Location excellent, Staff and Service excellent. Rooms are outdated and need to upgrade overall to match with property structure. reaccommodate Concierge service with Nicky and Wendy are excellent.'

'The breakfast was very average. One of the room’s ceiling fan was non functional and water kept dripping from 3-4 different places all the time. Shower was old in same room’s bathroom. Shower was very slow in another bathroom. Toilette commode was slow draining in another one. Pillows and beds were not comfortable. Internet was slow. ACs were not cooling the rooms and lounge area. Over all this place charges way more than what is provided. We liked that we had an attendant available all the time...

'Beautiful hillside home with lake views! We rented this property for a group of 15 people for three nights and had a wonderful time. Pool was amazing and the hot tub was very nice and quick to heat up. The sauna/steam room was amazing to relax in. We partied here and it was nice to have some space from other properties so we had some privacy and were able to be louder than normal with not having other properties right next door. The staff Sebastian and Luisa were amazing and very helpful....
