'The Property is full of old world charm and very well maintained with all the major amenities provided. The manager was extremely informative regarding dining, entertainment and tourist options. Location is very close to theatre district but be prepared to travel a bit further to if you want multiple dining options. Property has dedicated street parking but can get busy on Fri and Sat nights due to theatre traffic, however, the manager was very helpful in reserving or securing spots for us so no...

'Redelijk hitel. Kamers wel ongezellig en clean ingericht! Maar let op...parkeren kost 25$pd!! ...En als je geen auto he t, kijk goed je rekening na! Bij mij elke nacht 15$ gerekendvoor parkeren en ik had geen auto! Beetje naar gevoel van over gehouden . Al me alokhotelmaar voor die prijs wel gezelliger hotels i St Louis. Verder was de bar enkele dagen gesloten pw.'

'My room was clean for the most part but the headboard was dusty. Breakfast was amazing with a wide variety of dishes. Great value. My only complaint was the elevators were always busy in the morning so we had to take the stairs. We picked this hotel for the hot tub but on the morning we were checking out, the jets were not working. The location and the amenities were great. I could walk to MetroLink station and restaurants.'

'Room was very clean and spacious. We had a room with two queen beds for 3 night stay. Great view of Union Station area with ferris wheel and soccer stadium. Easy walk to many activities and restaurants. Parking was extremely convenient and easy to use. $25/day and allowed to enter/exit throughout the day as you please. Free breakfast was tasty every morning with a sufficient amount of tables for seating. Front desk was welcoming and very helpful. Crystal was extremely nice and suggested nearby...

'The staff at the hotel were extremely helpful and friendly. The room was clean and the restaurants were all very good. We were fortunate to be able to get an early check in showing up way before the normal check in time. Great location next to the park with multiple walk-to restaurants in the neighborhood. I would definitely stay here again.'

'Genuinely the worst place I've ever stayed at don't advertise a hottub in pictures than have it cemented over waste of money and the showers and toilets don't work for squat tried to shower on 3 separate days and each day the shower would only produce water drops here and there barely enough to fill a small cup all in all never coming back highly recommend going somewhere else if you want a truthful experience'

We were left seeking other accommodations after hotels.com took almost full payment for a months stay from us and has yet to return it because “they cannot reach the host” . This is a lot of money to be held from us unavailable to make another booking to replace this one. It has been almost 2 months and hotels.com is not responding to my emails about my refund. '
