« Unfortunately my stay at the hotel was very disappointing. The staff was not helpful at all,.we didn't ask for favors we were willing to pay and they still didn't accommodate. For the price $1071 for 3 nights and tbe reputation i was expecting way better. The food is mediocre and that's a nice way to describe it. Punctuality for the morning buffet is completely lacking. Pictures and reviews are very misleading. I hope this will help others choose better. »

« Because of construction, had to carry my huge suitcase up a flight of stairs to the lobby. Very inconvenient. Not easy to do either. I also had to add a day and my rate was more. I had a death in the family and had to push my visit two days, I felt they should have honored the rate I had under the circumstances. Pretty hotel and the restaurant waitress was wonderful! »

« This was my second time staying at this hotel. It’s one of my highlights when I visit Knoxville. Staff was amazing, food was great, and the rooftop happy hour provided an awesome experience. Would definitely recommend to anyone traveling to the area! »
