'Our kitchen was fully loaded and so useful!'

'The only thing I don’t like is that after 11:00pm there’s no physical service desk, and no one afterwards if anything happens in the property no one is there, just a virtual person on a screen from India with a terrible accent who doesn’t act professionally he can be rude and disrespectful.'

'I noticed hallways had quite a bit of debris and should be vacuumed more often'

'I was initially charged $45 for overnight parking, but since the AC/heater in my room wasn't working properly, they kindly waived the parking fee. Overall, my stay was fine, but the restaurant service was terrible.'

'Het was oke'

'Loved the location and the staff was all very friendly and super helpful'

'Lovely property that was about to start a major renovation project. It was beautiful and well maintained up to the minute they were doing renovations. Very impressive. Bar with music is great for lighter dining.'

'Staff was very friendly & quickly checked us in.'

'Exceptionalin every way'

'We loved Hyatt House. We stayed there before and chose it again for visiting family in Irvine. Loved the breakfast--excellent in every way! We could eat a whole foods plant based diet easily with oatmeal (6 different toppings!), large choice of fruit, coffee and teas. Eggs, sausage, breakfast potatoes, and waffles were also great! I had some questions about the surrounding area and the staff was patient and helpful. Our room was comfortable, the tv worked great. Very happy there!'

'This was our third time at Pasea. Nice atmosphere. Great location in Huntington Beach. However they charged us wrongly. Customer services promised us that this would be resolved appropriately. After a number of calls and e-mails no one is responding and we never got the money back. So I don’t think we will stay at Pasea again unfortunately. '
