'Excellent'

'Great place near Shibuya- lots of activities around.'

'We love Everything about this hotel, location amazing in the heart of Shibuya, connecting with Shibuya station, Shibuya scramble shopping mall, shibuya sky, 100s cafe and restaurant..this hotel is just "All in one" Everything you need just right infront of your sights. You get easily access to go to hachiko square and Shibuya square through the kompleks building. The hotel (lobby) stated on the 4th floor of shibuya stream kompleks building.Breakfast delicious, room interior and the whole hotel...

'Our second time staying here and it is just as lovely as the last time. The staff was amazing and let us check in early while we were dropping off our suitcases to go shopping. We love the central location right next to the train station. It is close but far away enough from the hustle. We love having laundry in the unit, helps a lot! We will definitely be back.'

'The room was good, it’s a bit small but functional. The location is excellent, so for first time visitors it’s a good place to start.'

'Schone kamer, nog redelijk groot voor Tokio. Loopafstand tot shibuya in rustige straat. Zou zo weer boeken'

'Everything was great, my only small complaint was that the tv was small and only had 12 channels and all of them were Japanese channels, it would of been nice if you add some English channels'

'Clean room, quiet, good WiFi access, comfortable bed.'

'The staff were very helpful and kind. The property is in a great location but seems old. We stayed one night as planned, which worked out because there was black mold in our room coming out of the air vent in the room and bathroom. Other then that, the hotel was clean.'

'Spiders dirty felt like a jail. Run'
