'Clean room and excellent staff. Easy to find parking spots.'

'Maria was great! She was very responsive when we needed something. She also communicated with us when there was going to be cleaning done in the pool. Overall the place was clean. The pool was amazing and it was great that we had it all to ourselves.'

'Bad customer service (horrible, it’s through a phone line and no one is near the hotel). . TV controller didn’t worked. Very difficult to understand how to get to the lobby. Place is not secured, any guest can lock the lobby from the inside and you will remain outside until someone comes out. I clearly hear the room outside. The fridges are shared with the whole hotel. '

'The place was clean and it was pretty good size. It was a little strange though because they lived there so their pictures were on the wall and had plastic on two of the chairs to cover them up and it just weird. The rooms were all locked except the one that they leave open for you the one that has the air conditioner and then you have to get a key for each individual room instead of them just all being open like normal doesn’t make sense why they were all locked up the bedrooms. Just kind of...

'Quiero expresar mi más sincero agradecimiento al Ponce Plaza Hotel por recibirme nuevamente. Esta es mi tercera ocasión hospedándome aquí, y cada visita ha sido una experiencia maravillosa. Súper recomendado'

'Absolutely beautiful the pictures do not do justice for the breath taking view. The host was more than attentive and was very easy to get ahold of. Overall beautiful stay, definitely would come back.'
