Flats in Salida

'This little apartment is in an excellent location in downtown Salida. It is easy walking distance to the restaurants and shops, right on F Street. Also very close to the river and right across the street from Riverside Park. Quite “cozy” but great for two people.'

'This clean, well stocked, open floor plan condo is situated perfectly; next to and above the Arkansas River and within a short walk into downtown Salida. We parked in the garage Tuesday afternoon and did not get back in the car until departing Friday morning. Even the Salida mountain trail network was within an easy reach on foot.The property management associate assigned to us was polite, professional, and super responsive. We would come back to this property again in a heartbeat.'

'Super clean, right by the river, great features in the unit. Only small drawback was the one side proximity to the highway, but no real traffic noise in the evening/at night.Mojos Cafe next door was fantastic!Very short drive to downtown sites, and very quick drive to Buena Vista for a day-trip.Loved the stay!'

'Comfy bed, very clean room, loved the bathroom shower. Kitchen was well equipped with coffee, sugar, tea, would have liked some creamer. The music from some fellow properties was entertaining. I enjoyed being lulled to sleep. We were able to walk all over down town. The river walk was 2 minutes away. '

'Love working with Pinon and would have gone through them directly had we realized this was one of their properties!The location is EXCELLENT... walking distance to the bets Salida has to offer.The bed was SUPER comfy and the small kitchenette was great for quick reheats, coffee and tea (we were on vacation so NO COOKING!).The place is immaculately clean and even though we know others were staying at the Palace, we didn't hear noise from "neighbors."'
