This beautiful provincial villa is located in a holiday park on the Cote d'Azur, in the village of Saint Maxime. The park is composed of various homes all with a private garden set among beautiful nature. There is a large swimming pool (20mx10m) and a children's pool. At the park you will find 5 tennis courts. The beach is 1 km away and the villages of Saint Raphael and Saint Tropez are not far away. This area is also recommended outside of the peak season.

The villa is of a typical provincial style. It has a living room with sofa bed, TV and DVD player (an Astra 1 parabola with English, dutch and German channels). The kitchen is equipped with all the conveniences, including an oven, microwave and a dishwasher. The villa (approximately 63m2) has 2 bedrooms, one furnished with a double bed (160x200) and the other furnished with three single beds. This villa was completely renovated with a nice bathroom and a walk-in shower. Around the villa you will find a large garden of more than 340 sq meters with a barbecue and garden furniture. The villa has two terraces.

The villa is located in Saint Maxime. The town of Sainte Maxime is in the Departement Var, at the Bay of Saint Tropez, protected by the Massif des Maures. The old inner city, with paved roads, is both in summer and in winter particularly alive. The sandy beaches and the marina have 300 sunny days a year. In a short distance is Saint Tropez. Saint Tropez is a small harbor town on the French Rivièra, in the Departement Var. It is since the fifties, a meeting place for artists and 'High Society'. In the summer, in the port are the expensive yachts of the rich people, in winter there are the fishing boats of the old people. The most popular beaches of Saint Tropez lie along the coast in the Baie de Pampelonne. This bay is located south and east of the town of Ramatuelle. The beaches of Saint Tropez offer a wide range of facilities such as restaurants and cafes on the water. At some beaches are held even fashion shows. There are numerous water sports activities, such as Jet ski and water skiing.

The deposit is to be paid in cash. The energy costs are to be paid on the spot, at the end of the stay, according to meter reading: 0,15 € per kwh (costs applicable only in the period 01/10 - 30/04). Bed linen contains: bed linen, 1 large towel and 1 normal towel per person.
