The swimming pool and garden furniture will allow you to enjoy the outdoor area planted with trees in a quiet area for a relaxing stay.

The seaside, sandy beaches and coves can be reached in a few minutes on foot.

Take the opportunity to discover the surroundings: Agay, St-Tropez, Cannes, the coves of the Esterel massif and all the seaside activities that the French Riviera offers!

The house is about 100 m2.
It has a dining room, living room (with 75-inch flat screen smart tv) opening onto a spacious fully equipped kitchen (inventory on request). 3 bedrooms are part of the house, 1 of which has a private bathroom (walk-in shower) and a bay window opening onto a terrace. The other two bedrooms (1 with velux on the roof and 1 with window) share a bathroom and toilet (bath).
The three bedrooms are equipped with smart tv. The living room, the kitchen and the dining room open onto a wooden terrace with pergola protected from the sun and rain where you will find a very cozy outdoor lounge area.
In the garden you will find a second living area, a dining area with Simogaz barcelona plancha. The whole overlooks the swimming pool with its deckchairs. The house is fully air-conditioned (1 split per bedroom and 1 console in the living room dining kitchen area).
