Cottages in Saint-Manvieu-Bocage

'This was our second stay at La Boulangerie. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and really felt at home. The cottage is in a quiet location in lovely countryside with beautiful views. Various nice walks are possible from the cottage. It is truly a wonderful place to stay. Thanks to Sue, Paul and Sally for making us feel so welcome!'

'Le gîte est idéalement situé entre la Manche et le Calvados. Le cadre est calme et fort agréable. Nous y avons reçu un très bon accueil. Le logement est très bien équipé. Nous y étions le premier week-end de mai et nous avons pu profiter pleinement de la piscine couverte et du jacuzzi. Nous conservons l’adresse.'

'Great place to stay just be aware of the extra add-ons. If you want sheets for the beds it is extra per person, same if you want them to provide you with towels. If you use the fireplace the wood is extra. Also, you are limited to the amount of electricity you can use or you are charged extra for going over.'

'Nous avons passé 1 nuit en famille (4 adultes, 2 enfants) très agréable. Propriétaire très accueillant et arrangeant. Tout le nécessaire été dispo pour le bébé également.'

'Een prachtig huis in een heel landelijke omgeving. Onze labrador heeft net als wij genoten van de heerlijke tuin en het uitzicht! Een echte aanrader voor mensen die op zoek zijn naar rust. En wil je toch onder de mensen: er zijn prachtige steden en veel activiteiten in de omgeving.'

'Ein sehr schönes Haus mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht. Der große Kamin und die alten Balken haben einen schönen Charme. Die Lage ist wunderbar ruhig und man ist in ein paar Minuten in Villedieu les Polens wo man die Glockengießerei der NotreDame Glocken besuchen kann. Wir können diese Unterkunft nur empfehlen.'

'We hebben een prima verblijf gehad in dit bijzondere huisje. Een kleine oase in het mooie Franse landschap, wel wat ver weg van alle bezienswaardigheden, maar perfect als je rust zoekt.'

'The property is set well away from the main road and is surrounded by lovely gardens and two ( very ) large lakes. The lakes are full of extremely friendly fish, that are always to be found swimming near the edges of the bank. All of the facilities were of a high standard and everything was very clean and well kept. The location is close to Gavaray, which we visited on more than one occasion. This town has a lovely quaint village feel to it, with plenty of useful shops and a variety of great...
