'Owner played games with us. Did not give us notice that property was unavailable until we contacted them about checking in. Tried to put us in another property in an area we did not want to stay in. Only after we complained did the property miraculously became available again. Would not refund our money and then property Manager only gave a small window to meet us at the property. Do not rent from this owner as you will be taken as we were. In the end we had to rent another property.'

'Sunset Reef is fairly new with 7 suites - all with a view. The hotel management and staff are extremely helpful and eager to please. The food in the restaurant is very good. At check-in, we were greeted with frozen fruit drinks, cold towels and water, plus some fruit in the room. Lovely sunsets from the restaurant! Hotel beach is rocky and is being worked on. '
