Heel vriendelijke ontvangst. Een aanrader voor wie de rust zoekt. 1,5 uur rijden tot aan de kust met de eilanden, zeker een bezoek waard.'

'Beautiful cottage with everything you need. Use of grounds and pool. Very friendly, helpful, hosts gave lots of advice on things to do and places to visit and nothing was too much trouble. Enclosed garden to the cottage so our dog could be let off lead. Peaceful location, we had a great stay, thank you Jill and Phil.'

'After initially staying for 10 days we then went to the Dordogne for a week. I wish we’d have stayed here the whole time! Still you live and learn. The gite is very clean, well equipped with a lovely modern bathroom and kitchen with plenty of space to park your car. I have to say I’m a bit fussy, bringing my own bedding and towels but I didn’t need them here. The pristine white bedding and towels were changed every 5 days. 'This property is a peaceful shangrila. Our hosts Barbara and Kevin couldn’t have been more helpful and accommodating. The property is an enclosed peace of paradise. After cognac tasting, going to the local farmers market, kayak races and wandering the lovely village of Jarnac we always looked forward to returning to our gite. 'Nous avons passés un très bon moment en famille dans cette belle demeure en pleine nature. L'endroit est très confortable et on s'y sent vite très bien. On est au calme, on a eu de belles soirées étoilées, la proximité des chevaux apporte une certaine sérénité. Le lieu est proche des grands axes routiers sans nuisances, il est donc facile de sillonner la région. Merci à Dominique et ses filles pour leur accueil, on garde l'adresse pour un prochain séjour !'

L’endroit est vraiment très agréable et la mise à disposition de jeux, d’un jacuzzi…apportent un plus incontestable; sans oublier les viennoiseries apportées chaque matin par nos hôtes 😘. 'Nous sommes ravis de notre séjour au vu de tout les aménagements proposés : piscine, terrasses (côté piscine et côté maison), cuisine aménagée, possibilité d’un barbecue, terrain de pétanque, table de ping-pong… parfait pour notre séjour entre amis ! Dit hotel staat naast een tropisch zwemparadijs (voldoende afstand en gescheiden) en verblijf geeft toegang tot die attractie. Verder is het heerlijk platteland met mogelijkheden om (enigszins sportief) te fietsen. Geen voorname bezienswaardigeheden in de omgeving.
