'Beautiful quaint old hotel in a lovely historical town. The staff was friendly and accommodating and the breakfast delicious and cooked to order. Would definitely stay again '

'Room is dirty, smelly, and dusty. Carpet is not vacuumed and the room smelled really bad. The windows can’t be opened. There are also very loud plumbing pipes that will keep you awake all night. I would never stay here again.'

Each room is completely self contained - so no access to, or need for, communal rooms. Breakfast is provided in your own kitchen and contains a wide variety of options. 'Nice accommodation in good area, room a little small but clean, warm & comfortable bed, slept well, lovely breakfast. Would certainly stay again, there is only 6 rooms & all up stairs so wouldn’t recommended if any difficulty with walking as no lift. On returning i would request a slightly bigger room & on the first floor. '

'We enjoyed our stay very much. Pam was friendly and helpful and the breakfasts were excellent. We could see the sea from our bedroom window. It is a little far to the centre of town, so if you don't have a car, be prepared.'
